7. Participate Requirements and scope

Healthy Xinjiang residents between the ages of 16 and 70.(Confirmed by ID card)

Participating locations are in residents' homes using computers or mobile phones to participate in the competition.

8. Registration and check-in

(1) The contestants of each event shall register online on the mobile app of "Tencent Game Life" or "Life of Kings" according to the requirements of the project.

(2) For each event, the online registration will be conducted 2 hours before the start of the competition, and the registration will be stopped half an hour before the start of the competition. Players who fail to register will be disqualified. The electronic version of my second-generation ID card and valid contact information must be provided when reporting.

10. Project requirements

(1) League of Legends (city competition)

The competition is registered as a team Participate, each team has 5-6 people, and there is an electronic lottery system to uniformly draw and match the opponent game. (2) Crossing the line of fire (city competition)

Every 8 teams form a group, from 8 to 4→4 to 2→2 to 1, and 3 rounds of BO1 singles will be carried out. The group champion is the special single game champion and different rankings to obtain different amount of city league exclusive points.

(4) Peace Elite (City Tournament)

The competition is registered as a team, each team has 4-5 players, and there is an electronic lottery system to uniformly draw and match the opponent game. Each match is 100 players/25 A team is required for the start of the game, and the winning team is determined by points.

(5) QQ Happy Landlord (City Competition)

Elimination: The competition is divided into four groups A, B, C, and D. Each group will have three rounds of elimination competition. , The opponents of each table are determined by drawing lots. After the end, the players at each table are ranked according to their points. The player with the highest points will enter the next round. If the points are the same, an extra game will be played. If the points are still the same, the winner will be determined by drawing lots.

Finals: The first player in each group to advance to the final draws lots to determine one person to advance directly, and the remaining three confront the top two at the same table as the one directly advance to determine the top three.

The game is over, and the score is calculated:

13. Violation of discipline and regulations, penalties

Insults and other methods that violate the referees, opponents' contestants and staff will be punished as follows:

(two ) Participants who engage in abusive behaviors such as fighting and insulting before, during, or after the game (online or offline); if one person commits serious violations of rules and disciplines, the player will be disqualified from the competition; 2 or more people will be disqualified from the team’s competition. It is not allowed to appeal the punishment results made by the organizing committee in accordance with the above three clauses of this regulation.

4. In order to eradicate and completely eradicate uncivilized and unethical behaviors in the arena, such as fights, uncivilized, unethical and other serious circumstances, the qualification will be immediately disqualified and reported to the public security organs for processing.

14. Precautions

Due to the impact of the epidemic, everyone needs to participate in this activity indoors to ensure personal safety.

15. If you have doubts about the competition process and the contestants, you should submit an appeal report in writing to the organizing committee within 24 hours after the game, and pay an appeal fee of 1,000 yuan. It will not be accepted after the deadline (the appeal fee will not be refunded).
