4. Written test scores are announced

1. Please apply for "Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card" in advance. Before the exam, do not go abroad or high-risk areas for epidemics, reduce social activities, do not gather, eat, party, etc., avoid going to crowded places, and take personal protection. It is recommended that candidates who have not been vaccinated yet complete the vaccination as soon as possible.
2. On the day of the exam, a temperature measurement and scanning point is set up at the entrance of the test site. Candidates should arrive at the test site 60 minutes in advance. All candidates must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the exam (both paper or electronic version is available), and check the "Ankang Code" and communication big data itinerary card on site. No abnormalities in the above three items and normal body temperature can only enter the test site.
3. Local candidates should try to minimize going out, especially to avoid going to public places with high mobility in the population and areas with high risk of epidemics; candidates from other places should come (return) Chuzhou as soon as possible, and prepare for the exam in advance in accordance with Chuzhou's relevant policies on epidemic prevention and control.
4. If any of the following situations are present, the examination shall not be taken: if the control has not been lifted during centralized medical observation, home isolation medical observation, home health observation and daily health monitoring periods, the control cannot be provided; if the nucleic acid test negative certificate is not provided within 48 hours before the exam; if the "Ankang Code" is not green code, " communication big data itinerary card " is abnormal and the risk is not ruled out; if there is fever (abnormal body temperature ≥37.3℃), cough, chest tightness and other physical abnormalities are not ruled out; if the examination is not suitable for taking the examination according to the local epidemic prevention and control policy.
5. Please bring your own disposable medical mask on the day of the exam, and go to the test site in a suitable way to keep a safe distance from others. During the exam, you should wear a mask throughout the entire process except for the identity verification process, and always maintain a safe distance of more than 1 meter.
6. If you have symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, dyspnea, diarrhea, etc. before the exam, please report it to the local disease control department truthfully and go to the designated hospital for treatment in time. Candidates with physical discomfort during the exam must report to the staff immediately and obey the staff’s management. During the examination, the time delayed examination that candidates need to undergo health tests due to personal reasons or need to be transferred to the backup isolation examination room will not be added.
7. Please consciously abide by relevant epidemic prevention requirements and local personnel control policies.
