1. Recruitment plan

2. Recruitment conditions

(I) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
(II) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the party's line, principles, and policies, and abide by the Constitution and laws;
(III) Have the professional qualities and abilities required for job work and be healthy;

Personnel who have any of the following circumstances shall not be allowed to apply for:

3. Registration methods and procedures

(I) Online registration. Registration personnel must register through email from 9:00 on December 5, 2022 to 16:00 on December 7, 2022. Materials required to be provided for registration:

4. (II) Qualification Review. (III) Registration precautions
1. The registration information sent to the email address after the online registration time is deadline is invalid. The registration time shall be subject to the email address reception time. The qualification review is completed at the same time, and applicants cannot submit their registration again.
2. In principle, the ratio of the number of applicants to the recruitment plan shall not be less than 3:1. For special positions or urgently needed or short-term majors, the proportion of examinations can be appropriately reduced after research by the Daqing Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau's Public Recruitment Work Leading Group. Applicants should log in to the Daqing Municipal People's Government website (http://www.daqing.gov.cn/) on December 12, 2022 to check whether the position they are applying for has been cancelled because they have not reached the opening ratio. If the cancellation is required, please follow the notice requirements of the Daqing Municipal People's Government website (http://www.daqing.gov.cn/). If the cancellation is not handled in a timely manner as required, it is deemed that it will automatically give up the application.
3. Applicants should log in to the Daqing Municipal People's Government website (http://www.daqing.gov.cn/) on December 12, 2022 to check the qualification review and publicize the approval status, and verify the approval status of their application qualification review. 4. Recruitment method
This public recruitment is carried out in a combination of interviews and organizational assessments.
According to the 60 Articles on the Revitalization of Talents in Longjiang in the New Era, during the "Heilongjiang Talent Week" and "City Party Secretary Entering Campus" and other talent attraction activities, public institutions publicly recruit master's degree or above can directly interview the regulations, and adopt the structured interview method. The interview score is percentage, and those with scores below 60 will not be recruited. 5. Physical examination and assessment
Based on the interview results, the candidates for entering the physical examination and assessment are determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruitment and the number of physical examination and assessment 1:1. If the interview scores of the same position are tied, the candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined through additional examinations. Physical examination items and standards shall be organized and implemented in accordance with , , operating manual and other documents, and candidates shall bear the physical examination fees themselves. If the candidate gives up physical examination or assessment due to personal reasons or fails due to physical examination or assessment, the employment qualification will be cancelled. 6. Public announcement and employment
(I). Based on the interview results, physical examination and assessment results, the candidates to be hired will be determined and announced on the website of the Daqing Municipal People's Government (http://www.daqing.gov.cn/). The announcement time is 7 working days. After the public announcement period expires, if any problem is reported and verified to affect the employment, the employment qualification will be disqualified.
(II) Hiring. There is no objection to the public announcement period. The employment procedures will be handled in accordance with the employment procedures of public institutions. The probation period for hired personnel is 12 months. Those who pass the assessment by the employer after the probation period will be formally hired, and those who fail the qualification will be disqualified from hiring.
7. Relevant instructions
(I) Due to force majeure such as changes in the epidemic, the interview and subsequent links may be postponed. (II) Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. If candidates are found to have fraud or fail to meet the recruitment conditions at any stage, the qualification for admission or employment will be cancelled at any time.
