In order to enhance students' awareness of the intangible culture of their hometown, implement labor education , and improve students' cultural literacy, on the afternoon of November 10, students from Baipu Primary School in Baipu Town, Rugao City came to the Sanxiangzhai Tea Dry Factory in Baipu Town and the "Lao Wanhe" Lin Zichao Cake Workshop to experience the "intangible cultural heritage" culture and experience labor education.
Baipu tea dried original name Baipu "Sanxiangzhai" tea dried , founded in during the Shunzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, and has a history of more than 350 years. Under the leadership of the person in charge of Sanxiangzhai Tea Dry Co., Ltd., the students came to the Tea Dry production workshop. When you open the workshop door, the strong smell of beans comes to your nose. The workers were wearing masks and neat uniforms, busy at their respective positions. There are many production processes for dry tea, and the technical and hygiene requirements of each process are very high. The students watched carefully around the workers, and under the guidance of the workers, they learned to tie the tea dry. Although strapping is not easy, the children have a lot of fun learning. Lin Zi Chaocake making skills are also an intangible cultural heritage of Nantong City. The chaotic cake tastes fresh and sweet. It mainly has three ingredients, including japonica rice flour, osmanthus and white sugar, etc., which are processed through five processes: sifting powder, evenly, cage, steaming pot, and stamping. Under the leadership of the worker, the students experienced the process of sifting rice noodles into the steamer.
Through this entry into the "Intangible Cultural Heritage" activity, children understand that a better life is exchanged for workers' hard work and selfless dedication, and they should be cherished even more. Integrate labor education into children's social practice, and enable labor education to achieve comprehensive education through the interaction and sharing of moral education, intellectual education, sports and aesthetic education.
