If my conditions are more suitable for "unspecting", there are several teachers in our school who are better than those outside "unspecting". As the highest institution of learning in the county, our school has been awarded the corresponding professional title according to strict standards except for a few others. Later, everyone knew that some people took advantage of the opportunity to "stand out", and they were inevitably filled with righteous indignation. However, the job evaluation has ended and has to accept this reality. Some people who graduated from a two-year normal school that we enrolled in the same year, and even had a high school degree, were able to get a salary of 97 yuan per month. Some undergraduates like me have been carrying heavy responsibilities but can only be second-level teachers. Of course we feel unbalanced when we get a salary of 76 yuan. I had already brought out graduates of the 1986 class, and also won the honors of outstanding county teachers in 1983 and 1986, and published five or six papers in publicly issued journals. The first batch of teaching computers brought back to the school has made our school one of the few schools in the province that have computers. I didn't think about the meaning of this sentence carefully at that time. Now, when I think back, I may have two meanings. One is to worry about my future journey; the other is to cheer me up. Several teachers who were in the same sympathy as me told me, "You are so happy that you feel much more relieved." I only entered the intermediate level in December 1988, and it was two years late. Of course, I have a good attitude. I think there are so many teachers across the country, and I am afraid that it is not only a few of us who "suffer". There are even many people who suffer more than us. Perhaps we are not at a loss, but a few people speculate and take advantage of the country. Their behavior is disgusting! Over time, they will be revealed. After that, when I saw unfair things, I couldn't help but say that sometimes the relevant leaders were very passive. Although things are not big, it is true that offending some people.

Therefore, I do not have enough wisdom, nor do I have great talent to support me to the next level. I realized that career path is not my path, and teaching good books is my only choice. During the 12 years of serving my hometown, I have completely recognized myself. Since then, I have been determined to be a good math teacher. Looking back, I was wise, my choice was correct.
