According to the Ministry of Education's "2023 National Master's Admissions Work Management Regulations": Registration for the Master's Admissions Examination includes two stages: online registration and online confirmation. Candidates who have completed online registration and paid successfully (except for recommended students ) must conduct online confirmation within the specified time, otherwise the registration will be invalid.

All registration points in our province this year will continue to implement online confirmation. During this period, each registration point will review the materials uploaded by the candidates online and feedback the review results through the system. Candidates who fail to conduct online confirmation within the specified time or fail the material review will have the registration information invalid and are not allowed to take the exam.

1. Online confirmation time

The first upload time for candidates to upload materials is: 9:00 on October 29, 2022 to 12:00 on November 3, 2022,

The deadline for candidates to modify or supplementary materials is: 12:00 on November 4, 2022,

will no longer be accepted after the deadline.

(I) The recent undergraduate graduates of colleges and universities in our province

(II) Social candidates with household registration in our province

In-service certificate must at least state the following matters: your name, ID number, nature of your job (employment), full name of your job position and work unit, address in youth, contact name and phone number, etc., and be stamped with the official seal (valid in October or November 2022). Non-governmental agencies and units must indicate the unified social credit code number.

The on-the-job certificate of active-duty soldiers of the Qinghai Army. If the nature of the work and address are in secret, you can not fill in the information. The troops are located in Qinghai and stamped with the official seal. Please wear casual clothes when taking photos of your own photos. Other requirements are the same as above.

Each registration point can require candidates to submit other supporting documents according to the specific circumstances.

4. Additional requirements for special types of candidates

Candidates who fail the online verification of academic qualifications (school status) must also submit the academic qualifications (school status) verification report on the Academic Information Network. Candidates are asked to log in to the "China Higher Education Student Information Network" to check the "School Record Online Verification Report" (Fresh Graduates) and the "Electronic Registration Form for Academic Certificate" (non-Fresh Graduates), and take photos to upload them.

. Candidates applying for the special program of "Retired College Student Soldiers" must also upload their "Admission Letter of Enlistment" and "Retirement Certificate".

. Application for postgraduate students in school must also submit a certificate of approval from their training unit.

4. Undergraduate students can graduate at the time of self-study examination (must obtain the self-study diploma before entering the postgraduate in 2023, otherwise the admission qualification will be cancelled), and they must also upload the self-study score certificate stamped by the provincial recruitment institution or the self-study system score inquiry form (stamped).

5. Foreign academic qualifications must also be submitted to the "Foreign Academic Degree Certificate" issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

5. Description of the review result:

. "Pending review": It means that the application for confirmation has not been reviewed yet. Please wait patiently or consult the application site.

. "Materials to be supplemented": If there is any submission of the materials that do not meet the requirements, please modify the online confirmation materials within the specified time according to the prompts or take the application materials to the site for review of the application materials. After submitting supplementary materials, candidates must log in to the postgraduate recruitment online information confirmation system again to view the re-examination conclusion.

. "Audit and approval": It means that the materials are uploaded in a complete and correct manner and complete the online confirmation.After the subsequent review and approval by the enrollment unit that intends to apply for the examination, it may print the admission ticket and take the exam within the specified time.

4. "Failed to the review": means that the qualification review has not been passed. If candidates have any objections to the review results, they can call the corresponding registration point for consultation.

6. Other

. All materials are subject to review by each application center. If there are any doubts about the uploaded materials by the candidates, the application center has the right to require the candidates to provide other supporting materials.

. Candidates must carefully check, confirm their online registration information and submit online confirmation materials. The registration information will not be modified after being confirmed online. All consequences caused by mistakes in the candidate's filling out the exam shall be borne by the candidate himself. For fraud, once discovered, their application qualification will be cancelled. When a forged document is found, the public security organs will be notified to deal with it and legal responsibility will be pursued.
