In order to thoroughly implement the central government’s major decisions and deployments of “ double reduction ” and resolutely and strictly manage online illegal training behaviors. Focusing on the autumn start of school and National Day holidays, the Ministry of Education organized the 20th inspection of online training institutions and website platforms from September 24 to October 12.
inspection found a total of 89 clues of violations. The main problems are holding competitions and training in violation of regulations, conducting subject training without authorization, online training for preschool children aged 3-6, pushing subject training advertisements and soft articles. In response to the above violations and other illegal training issues through short videos, online conference rooms, "one-on-one" chats, etc., the Ministry of Education, together with Internet Information, Industry and Information Technology and other departments, has guided local governments to increase governance efforts, urge website platforms to improve governance rules, and deal with them at any time when they are discovered and dealt with, ensuring a clean network environment. At the same time, the Ministry of Education guides local governments to strictly punish violations, resolutely prevent the recurrence of old situations, and effectively consolidate the effectiveness of the "double reduction" governance.
When the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held, the national education system must keep in mind the "big things of the country", resolutely implement the deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, stand at the strategic height of the overall cause of the Party and the country, continuously deepen the understanding of the great significance of standardizing off-campus training, and unswervingly promote off-campus training governance. At the same time, calls on the whole society to jointly resist illegal training and create good social conditions for students' comprehensive development.
