Hainan releases Notice on the Receiving of Second-level Construction Engineer Certificate in 2022
Dear candidates:
Since it is still in the epidemic prevention and control period, in order to avoid the gathering of large numbers of people, you are advised to read this notice carefully and be sure to obtain the certificate in accordance with the method and requirements for obtaining the certificate. Please apologize if there is any inconvenience. The specific arrangements are as follows:
1. Time for obtaining a certificate:
from October 19, 2022 (Wednesday) to October 28, 2022 (the certificate cannot be obtained on weekends).
2. Place of certificate collection:
0F reception desk of Hainan Construction Training and Practice Qualification Registration Center Co., Ltd., No. 6 Wenlian Road, Meilan District, Haikou City.
3. Methods for obtaining a certificate:
Candidates make an appointment in advance (see Appendix 1 for details; the appointment number is updated in time according to the relevant situation) and receive it in batches and time periods based on the appointment information; if the deadline is invalid, re-arrangement is required;
Candidates who have not made a successful appointment are not allowed to receive a certificate; this method is only limited to the current epidemic prevention and control period, and if there is any change in the epidemic situation, timely changes will be made.
4. Certificate requirements:
1. Please bring the original ID card to collect ; I agree to bring the power of attorney, the original and copy of the ID card of both parties; if the unit needs to collect the certificate, please issue the original and copy of the unit's authorization letter, the original and copy of the ID card of the person I and the person.
2. Before getting the certificate, please check your certificate number in advance (see Attachment 2 for details) and record it. Tell the staff when getting the certificate to improve the efficiency of obtaining the certificate.
3. The license holder properly keeps the original personal ID card in case others misappropriately.
4. Please be sure to wear a mask when obtaining a certificate, show health code , and cooperate with the center's epidemic prevention staff to measure body temperature, register, disinfect, etc.; consciously queue up and collect it in an orderly manner, and keep the distance between people in front and behind for more than 1 meter.
