Beijing Municipal Education Commission jointly released the "1+5" series of activities with multiple departments, and will hold more than 1,000 activities such as "online + offline" double-choice meeting , lectures, employment guidance activities, etc., to promote high-quality employment for graduates.

On the afternoon of October 10, a special "double election meeting" of "school stalls and enterprises go to market" was held at the Beijing College Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center. At the exchange meeting, Beijing United University negotiated employment needs with outstanding enterprises in multiple fields such as Beijing Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Bank Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch, China Beijing Tongrentang (Group) Co., Ltd., etc. Among them, has conducted in-depth negotiations with more than 40 companies, connected with 32 new companies, and reached cooperation intentions with many companies . This school-enterprise docking and exchange meeting aims to build a communication platform for Beijing universities and employers to provide more opportunities for students to find employment.
Employment issues such as college graduates are related to the expectations and well-being of thousands of households. As "Demonstration Practice Base for Collaborative Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in entrepreneurship" , Beijing United University closely focuses on Beijing's urban functional positioning, focuses on Beijing's development needs, integrates the resources at both the school and the college level, actively explores the employment market based on majors, explores the win-win goals of "precise employment services" and "improving the compatibility with Beijing's social needs", holds recruitment activities in different categories and industries, and establishes an employment internship base with enterprises and institutions, and jointly helps graduates find full and high-quality employment.
In April 2022, Beijing United University successfully passed the approval of with Qihoo Technology , Chinasoft International , Amazon Cloud Technology, ByteDance, Accelerate Technology, and the China Small and Medium Enterprises Association Industry-Education Integration Working Committee and other 20 html supply and demand docking employment education projects, including and were approved for approval. Among them, there are 4 employment internship base projects, 8 human resources improvement projects, and 8 targeted talent training projects, which are distributed in nine industries such as equipment manufacturing, information communication and the Internet, and scientific and technological services. The total number of projects ranked 44th in the country .
In addition, the school has included career planning and employment guidance in students' compulsory courses, providing students with systematic career guidance; carrying out one-on-one career consultation, and helping students grasp their career characteristics through job search training camps, career experience weeks, public examination guidance and other activities to help students grasp their career characteristics, reasonably and accurately position and plan their careers, and continuously improve students' employment competitiveness and career development capabilities.
