Guangdong Provincial Department of Education stated that all higher vocational colleges (including higher vocational colleges, the same below) in the province must carry out enrollment and admission based on academic examination results. General majors of general higher vocational (junior college) that have been enrolled in 2022 and have applied for the National Vocational College Major Setting Management and Public Information Service Platform and approved by the Ministry of Education in 2023 must be enrolled. Majors of sports, art (including music, art, dance and radio and television directors, the same below) shall be arranged by the school depending on the situation.
In principle, the admission plan for each college spring college entrance examination must reach 75% of the annual application provincial enrollment plan (excluding 32-segment collaborative education program to junior college to undergraduate, 32-segment vocational college transfers, and five-year continuous transfers, the same below). The unfinished enrollment plan and the vacancies admitted to undergraduate colleges and universities in the summer college entrance examination will be coordinated by the colleges and universities in the summer college entrance examination.
Candidates must complete the college entrance examination registration in accordance with relevant requirements and must take the three subjects of the Guangdong Provincial Ordinary High School Academic Proficiency Qualification Examination in January 2023. Among them, art and sports candidates must also take the Guangdong Province 2023 unified examination for art and sports corresponding art subjects for admissions to ordinary higher education institutions. Candidates applying for general majors can fill in the application for 20 college majors; those applying for art and sports majors can fill in the application for 10 college majors. Each school’s professional group can fill in 6 major applications and 1 whether to obey the professional adjustment option. You cannot apply for both ordinary and art and sports majors, and candidates can only choose one of them to fill in the application.
