1. 5. Our city has established a professional title series of evaluation committees, and applicants must apply from this city to participate in the evaluation. Our city has not established a professional title series of evaluation committees and those who need to entrust other evaluation committees to review in special circumstances must issue a power of attorney through the Municipal Vocational Reform Office. If the review is not entrusted, the review results will be invalid. The application time for the intermediate professional title series that needs to be entrusted to provincial functional departments is generally synchronized with the same series of senior professionals. 6.
