In order to implement the spirit of the "Notice on Carrying out the Data Quality Improvement Training of Vocational Education Information Management System in 2022" by the Vocational Education Department, we will further promote the collection and application of data related to the management information system of the national secondary vocational school in our city. On the morning of September 28, the Municipal Education Bureau held a training meeting on the application of management information system of the Xinyu City secondary vocational schools. More than 20 people attended the training meeting, including the heads of the vocational and adult departments of the Municipal Education Bureau, the heads of various counties and district departments, and the leaders and system administrators of the secondary vocational schools.
National Secondary Vocational School Management Information System is a core component of the Ministry of Education’s management information system. It is an effective means for the Ministry of Education and local education administrative departments at all levels to collect secondary vocational education development data and understand the daily management effects of schools. At the meeting, relevant personnel from Jiangxi Xinpengcheng Technology Co., Ltd. summarized the first round of data collection work in Xinyu City, and conducted training on standardized management and status analysis of data support, data application, data review, data quality improvement, and the investigation and resolution of common data problems in management information system operation methods. The
meeting put forward three requirements: First, we must attach great importance to it and improve our awareness. The application of the management information system of secondary vocational schools across the country will be an important consideration for the evaluation of secondary vocational schools in compliance with standards, selection of high-quality schools (high-quality majors), construction of modern vocational education quality improvement plan projects, and various evaluation and commendation activities of vocational education. All local schools should earnestly apply the management and management system of secondary vocational schools. Second, we must strengthen measures and continue to operate. All counties (districts) and schools should strengthen the daily management and use of data, establish and improve a dedicated personnel management system, and strictly control safe operation and management. Third, we must be responsible for the quality in a graded manner. (County) and district education authorities should pay close attention to the quality and collection process of school data collection. The leadership teams of each secondary vocational school, especially the responsible persons in charge, should attach great importance to the system filling and application work and strictly control the review.
