A total of 71 students participated in the training at the school's counselors, physical education teachers, security team members, new employees and some professional teachers. This training was conducted by the school’s six faculty members who obtained the Red Cross Rescue Teacher Certificate as assistants. It is also the first time since the college participated in the provincial school’s first aid education pilot program, the school’s own rescue teacher team has participated in the training activity.

All participants learned in 8 lessons about the introduction of Red Cross exercise and rescue, cardiopulmonary resuscitation theory and practice, treatment of airway foreign body obstruction, and trauma in 8 lessons. Rescue theory and skills have improved the ability of self-rescue and mutual rescue in emergencies, mastered basic skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation and trauma rescue, and were able to deal with emergencies in a timely manner and gain time and opportunities to save the lives of injured and sick people.

This training marks the official opening of the Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College theme publicity month event for commemorating the 23rd World First Aid Day theme publicity month.
