In order to speed up the growth of young teachers, improve the professional level of young teachers, consolidate their basic skills, and build a team of excellent teachers, Congtai District Education and Sports Bureau Art Education Division carefully organized the 2021 Art Teacher Basic Skills Competition. The competition kicked off on the morning of October 12 at Shuguang No. 3 Primary School. Section Chief Wang Ping of Arts Education presided over the event. The whole competition is divided into 5 games, which are Chinese painting character sketching, color painting proposition creation, art appreciation, creative design, and lectures, which lasted two days.

Gao Qiao'e, graduated from Hebei Normal University , majoring in traditional Chinese painting, is currently an art teacher at Xuebuqiao Primary School in Congtai District. She has successively won many honors such as "Key Teacher of Art Education and Scientific Research", "Advanced Worker of Art Education", Congtai District "Top Ten Female Teachers, Handan Aerial Classroom High-quality Classes, and District Live Classroom Outstanding Teachers."
Han Yuchao is an art teacher at Zhaodu Primary School in Congtai District. Won the first prize of the 7th Hebei Province Teachers' Basic Skills Competition, and the first prize of the 9th Hebei Province Primary and Middle School Music and Art Teachers' Basic Skills Competition.
