The Red Scarf Experimental School is the first practice base school of the School of Education of Jianghan University in Jianghan District. Founded in 2017, this elementary school is a modern school with high standards, high investment and high starting point in Jianghan District. "The purpose of arranging the internship base for college students here is to hope that normal students can come to the front line of teaching to experience on-site teaching, increase their teaching skills, and lay the foundation for teaching and educating people in the future," said Lan Jun, dean of the School of Education of Jianghan University.
After signing the contract, the Red Scarf Experimental School selected 12 key teachers to help trainee teachers adapt to the transition from student to teacher as soon as possible, and to polish their skills and consolidate their skills in practice. “Among the 12 teachers, some are model teachers who have been deeply involved in the classroom for more than 30 years, some are the city’s Baiyou class teacher who is deeply loved by students, and some are rookies who are active in the three-foot podium.” said Chen Chinan, principal of the Red Scarf Experimental School. The school requires teachers and internships. Students learn together and learn from each other, and jointly explore the latest education and teaching concepts.
