Information system project manager is one of the national computer technology and software professional technical qualification (level) examinations (soft examinations for short). It is a national examination jointly organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It belongs to both the national vocational qualification examination and the professional title qualification examination.
