According to Articles 56 to 60 of the " Private Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China" on the termination of private schools and Article 50 of the " Private Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China": "If private schools do not have actual enrollment or school-running behavior, the school-running license will be revoked after the expiration, and will be announced by the approval authority" and the "Notice of the Changchun Municipal Education Bureau on Doing a Good Job in the Annual Inspection Work of Private Schools in the City in 2021": "Related Schools that have not participated in the annual inspection for two years shall go through the cancellation procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school’s termination”; the provisions of the Changchun Municipal Education Bureau on “Notice on Doing a Good Job in Re-Addition of Registration and Resuming Off-campus Training Institutions” on “Training Training Institutions that Re-Addition of Registration and Restoring Off-campus Training Institutions” on “Training Institutions that Re-Addition of Off-campus Training Institutions shall not resume offline training, and the school license shall be revoked if it is still unqualified after rectification” are made as follows:
Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone Culture, Sports and Education Bureau decided to cancel the operating licenses of three off-campus training institutions (the list is attached). From the date of issuance of this announcement, off-campus training institutions that intend to cancel the school license shall not carry out activities in their original name. will go to the Culture, Sports and Education Bureau of Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone within 60 days from the date of the announcement to complete the relevant cancellation procedures and pay the school license and seal. If the cancellation procedures are not completed within the prescribed time, the original school license and seal will be automatically invalidated. If the school continues to run illegally, our bureau will seriously investigate and punish it in accordance with the law.
