In order to strengthen the audit management of special financial funds projects of our bureau, accounting firms are now publicly solicited. The specific requirements are as follows:
1. Review content
The special financial funds projects undertaken by the Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
2. Registration conditions
Accounting firms with legal qualifications, the number of certified public accountants is no less than 5 years old; the registered nature is a partnership or registered nature limited liability company; familiar with the accounting system of various private organizations, enterprises and institutions and state administrative agencies; familiar with the budget , final accounts and other management systems of department; there is no record of being punished by relevant state departments for illegal or irregular behavior in the past three years; if you have relevant government cooperation experience, you will be given priority under the same conditions; the charging standard will be given certain discounts.
I. Registration information
(I) Registration application form;
(II) Legal person identity certificate; legal representative the only authorization letter for this project and the ID card of the authorized person and the authorized person (if the legal representative participates, there is no need to provide);
(I) Copy of the business license of the enterprise legal person, organization code certificate , and copy of the tax registration certificate ( three certificates in one 4 quoters do not need to provide organizational code certificates and tax registration certificates);
(IV) Accounting firm practice certificate;
(V) Complete audit report issued by third parties with audit qualifications in the previous year;
(VI) Resume and qualification certificates of practitioners and professional and technical personnel;
(VII) Commitment letter (no major violations in business activities in the past three years, no administrative penalties or industry punishment, and no bad records in the undertaking of related audit business).
The above information must be provided clearly and completely stamped with the unit official seal and riding seal , and bind it into two copies in order.
IV. Registration time and method
(I) Registration time: from now until October 28
(II) Registration method: Scan all registration materials into one document (email naming method: unit + special financial fund project review) and send it to the work email.
(III) Others: After the registration is completed, our bureau will notify the qualified units to participate in the on-site statement, and the final results will be announced on the bureau’s website.
