In 2013, Chen Xiujuan, who just graduated from school, went to the 137th Grant Kindergarten to teach, and it has been ten years since then. At present, the 137 Tuan Kindergarten covers an area of 11368 square meters, a building area of 2242 square meters, an average student activity area of 45 square meters, an outdoor activity venue of more than 4,000 square meters, and a greening area of 3581 square meters.

At present, the kindergarten has 414 professional kindergarten teachers and 6 professional nurses who graduated from normal colleges. Teachers often made their own teaching toys, and the learning form was somewhat primary-level. With the reform and development of preschool education, the 137th Group attaches more and more importance to children's game learning and development, and emphasizes the importance of both care and education. Nowadays, kindergarten courses are basically based on games, and children are encouraged to learn and explore independently in games, and promote children's diversified development.

In 2021, 18 people were organized to participate in kindergarten-based training, 14 people participated in teacher-field training, and 3 people went out to conduct centralized training, and strive to enable young teachers to adapt to and master the teaching environment and teaching methods in a shorter time, and strive to improve teachers' educational and teaching level."
