1. Examination time and place
2023 National Master's Enrollment Examination Preliminary time is from December 24 to 25, 2022 (8:30-11:30 am every day, 14:00-17:00 pm). Examination subjects with examination time exceeding 3 hours or with special requirements such as using a drawing board will be held on December 26. For details, please refer to the "Admission Ticket".
2. Registration time
Online pre-registration time: September 24-27, 2022 (9:00-22:00 every day); online registration time: October 5-25, 2022 (9:00-22:00 every day).

3. Registration object
Personnel who register for the national master's degree enrollment examination must meet the following conditions:
(I) Citizens of the People's Republic of China ;
(II) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have good moral character, and abide by the law;
(III) Physical health meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the enrollment unit;
(IV) Candidates academic level must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Fresh undergraduate graduates who are recognized by the state (including adult higher education and other fresh undergraduate graduates organized by ordinary universities, adult universities, and ordinary universities) and higher education self-study examination and online education can graduate at that time. Before the candidates are admitted in the year of admission (the specific period is determined by the admission unit) must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or the "Foreign Academic Degree Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Education's Study Abroad Service Center, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid;
2. Personnel with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree;
3. Those who have obtained the hierarchy of from the state recognized higher vocational colleges who have been 2 years (from graduation to the date of admission in the year of admission, the same below) or more, as well as undergraduate graduates who have a national recognized academic qualification, meet the specific academic requirements set by the enrollment unit for candidates based on the training goals of the unit, shall apply for the exam as the identity of of the undergraduate graduation equivalent to the academic qualification of ;
4. Personnel who have obtained a master's degree or a doctorate degree.
(V) Special matters description
Postgraduate students in school must obtain the consent of their training unit before registering. For majors with special requirements, candidates must register in accordance with the requirements of the "2023 National Master's Admissions Management Regulations" issued by the Ministry of Education.
4. Application requirements
(I) Candidates who choose Yunnan registration point to take the exam must meet one of the following three conditions:
1. Past students whose job or household registration is located in Yunnan Province;
2. Full-time undergraduate graduates studying in ordinary universities in Yunnan Province;
3. Candidates applying for separate exams in Yunnan enrollment units.
(II) In principle, fresh undergraduate graduates should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education enrollment examination institution where the school is located to go through the online registration and confirmation procedures. Candidates must correctly select the registration point according to the scope of acceptance of the application point (Appendix 1) and provide the corresponding materials when confirming (Appendix 2).
(III) The registration point is only used as the registration and confirmation location for candidates. The state and city where the registration point is located will coordinate the examination location based on the registration situation and examination room resources.
(IV) When choosing a registration site, candidates must carefully read the registration announcement, and make a choice after confirming that they meet their application requirements. If they fail to select the registration site incorrectly according to the announcement requirements or forge documents and materials to obtain the examination qualification, the consequences shall be borne by the candidate themselves.
5. Registration method
(I) Candidates who participate in the unified examination
1. Candidates log in to " China Postgraduate Admissions Information Network " (hereinafter referred to as the Postgraduate Admissions Network) at the specified time to browse the application instructions, and register in accordance with the online announcement requirements of the Ministry of Education, the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute, the registration point and the application unit.
2. Candidates can only fill in one major in one admissions unit when registering. After the preliminary examination is over and the Ministry of Education announces the basic requirements for candidates to enter the re-examination, candidates can understand the adjustment methods, plan balances and other information of the enrollment unit through the adjustment service system of the postgraduate recruitment network, and fill in multiple adjustment wishes in parallel.
3. Candidates applying for the "Study Plan for High-level Backbone Talents of Ethnic Minority" shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment measures announced by the applicant institutions, confirm the qualifications and receive the verification code within the specified time through the provincial education department of the place of origin, and register online based on the verification code. The time and review method of Yunnan Province’s qualification confirmation will be announced on the official website of the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Admissions and Examinations Institute in the near future.
4. Candidates who meet the regulations and apply for enjoying care policies must truthfully fill in their ethnic minority identity when registering online and apply for targeted employment in ethnic minority areas.
5. If active-duty military personnel apply for local or military enrollment units or local candidates to apply for military enrollment units, they must understand the application requirements of the People's Liberation Army and enrollment units in advance, and fill in the application information in accordance with confidentiality regulations. If there are unknown points, please contact the enrollment unit in advance.
(II) Recommended students
1. The recommended candidates will register and query their recommended students' qualifications and related policies within the specified time to "recommended outstanding undergraduate graduates to study for graduate students without examination" (hereinafter referred to as the recommended service system), and fill in personal information.
2. Recommended students can fill in the application application through the recommendation service system, receive and confirm the re-examination and admission notice of the admission unit, and check the announcement of the admission unit for details.
3. Recommended students who have been accepted by the enrollment unit are not allowed to register for the national unified examination again.
6. Yunnan Province Master’s Enrollment Unit and Application Points Arrangement
(I) Enrollment Unit
In 2023, Yunnan Province has 15 enrollment units recruiting master’s students, including 13 ordinary universities, namely Yunnan University , Kunming University of Science and Technology , Kunming Medical University , Yunnan Agricultural University , Yunnan Normal University , Yunnan Normal University , Yunnan Agricultural University , Yunnan Normal University , Yunnan Agricultural University , Yunnan Normal University University , Yunnan University of Nationalities , Yunnan University of Finance and Economics , Southwest Forestry University , Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine , Yunnan Academy of Art , Dali University , Yunnan Police College , Kunming College , Kunming College ; 2 scientific research institutes (institutes), namely Kunming Precious Metals Research Institute and Kunming Institute of Physics.
(II) Application points
There are 25 registration points for the registration for the 2023 Yunnan Provincial Master's Enrollment Examination, including Zhaotong City Recruitment Office, Qujing City Recruitment Office, Qujing City Xuanwei Recruitment Office, Honghe Prefecture Recruitment Office, Dali Prefecture Recruitment Institute, Baoshan City Recruitment Office, Chuxiong Prefecture Recruitment Office, Yuxi City Recruitment Office, Wenshan Prefecture Recruitment Office, Pu'er City Recruitment Office, Dehong Prefecture Recruitment Office, Lijiang City Recruitment Office, Lincang City Recruitment Office, Wuhua District Recruitment Office, Panlong District Recruitment Office, Xishan District Recruitment Center, Chenggong District Recruitment Institute, Guandu District Recruitment Office, Yunnan University, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Yunnan Normal University, Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, Yunnan Agricultural University, Southwest Forestry University, and Kunming Medical University.
7. Confirm work arrangements
Yunnan Province 2023 Master's Entrance Examination Online Confirmation work will be held from late October to early November. Specific matters will be notified separately. Please pay close attention to the official website and official WeChat public account of the Yunnan Provincial Admissions and Examination Institute. Candidates are asked to prepare relevant documents and materials in advance according to Attachments 1 and 2. My resident ID card should be valid for the period of time. If there is any loss, please go to the relevant department to reissue it as soon as possible.
8. Notes
(I) During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or re-fill in the registration information on their own, but a candidate can only keep one valid registration information. No re-registration will be issued after the deadline, and registration information shall not be modified.
(II) Candidates must accurately fill in their personal information when registering, provide real materials, fill in their application forms strictly in accordance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements and select the application point. If the subsequent failure to confirm, take the exam (including the first and second examinations) or be admitted due to errors in filling in the information, false information, failure to meet the application requirements and relevant policy requirements, the consequences shall be borne by the candidate himself. During the registration period of
(III), the candidate's academic qualifications (school status) information will be checked online, and candidates can view the academic qualifications (school status) verification results online. Candidates who fail to pass the online verification of academic qualifications (student status) should complete the verification of academic qualifications (student status) within the specified time of the enrollment unit.
(IV) Candidates who choose Yunnan Province’s application site must pay the registration examination fee online within the specified time, each subject is 45 yuan per person. If the registration examination fee is not paid on time, the registration will be invalid.
(V) The three items of "application unit", "application point" and "exam method" are the key information for the application. Regardless of whether the registration examination fee has been paid, these three items of information are not allowed to be modified after submitting the information to generate the registration number. If it is really necessary to modify, the registration must be cancelled and re-registered before the registration deadline. The system will automatically complete the refund application operation. If the refund application is exceeded, the refund application will no longer be accepted. If the same registration number is paid repeatedly due to network reasons, other repeated payments except for the effective amount will be refunded uniformly after the registration is completed. Candidates should not cancel their bank card for online payment within 3 months after the online registration is completed, otherwise the refund will be affected. After the registration is deadline, the system will conduct a unified refund operation, and the refund will be refunded to the original payment bank account, and the refund will be completed before mid-December.
(VI) Candidates should log in to the postgraduate recruitment website to download and print the "Admission Ticket" about 10 days before the exam. The "Admission Ticket" is printed on A4 format white paper, and the front and reverse sides shall not be altered or written during use. Candidates will participate in the preliminary and re-examinations with the download and printed "Admission Ticket" and valid resident ID card. Candidates are advised to properly keep their personal online username, password, "Admission Ticket", resident ID card and other documents to avoid leakage and loss. Please pay attention to the Yunnan Provincial Recruitment Channel in time for matters such as examination site arrangements and examination room inquiries.
(7) During the registration period, please refer to the contact information of the registration points and enrollment units. For other requirements and precautions, please refer to the "2023 National Master's Admissions Management Regulations". There is plenty of time for online registration, and it is recommended that candidates arrange their registration time reasonably, avoid the initial and final peaks of registration, and avoid network congestion affecting registration.
