Afterwards, Principal Xu introduced the development history and current situation of the school: from the school’s establishment in 1977 to the reorganization into the current Geophysical Exploration Branch No. 6, the tenure of each principal was not as long as Principal Xu’s 24 years of tenure. When I taught at the original Xihe Middle School, I knew a little about the school for children of the original parts factory. At that time, most of the children in the school were children of the original parts factory, and some were students from outside the factory. At that time, part of the teaching team was transferred from the factory, and the quality of teachers was uneven. In the 1970s and early 1980s, there was little demand for teaching quality in education, so the school for the children of the Ship Parts Factory at that time was a third-rate school in Zhuoxian . However, the campus construction was second-rate at the time, but later in the country Under the background of vigorously focusing on education, the school also had two or three glorious years in the late 1980s.
But later on, the state adopted a policy and corporate schools were stopped. At that time, the school for the children of the accessories factory was in trouble, and the school’s superior corporate leaders ignored it. Zhuozhou locality did not accept it, and the salary of the teaching team could not be guaranteed. At this time, Principal Xu With sleepless days and nights, how to stabilize the teaching team and manage the school well has become a top priority. Later, Principal Xu made various efforts and complied with national policies, and the school was classified as a subordinate unit of Baoding Municipal Education Bureau. Major policies and policies were resolved, and the Atom School was upgraded to the Geophysical Exploration Branch No. 6 managed by the Baoding Municipal Education Bureau.
The school leaders were smiling, the teachers were stable, and Principal Xu and other members of the leadership team began to think again.
How to build a school into a Baoding City middle and upper level school? In terms of student management, the school gives full play to students' subjective initiative and organizes multiple student associations based on their own specialties and hobbies. The students themselves serve as presidents of the associations and organize various activities and competitions.
Principal Xu and other team members have made qualitative improvements and leaps in the Sixth Branch of Geophysical Exploration through a number of measures. In addition, Principal Xu’s team reflects the inheritance between the old, middle-aged and young people.
