Funding quota and standards
(1) funding quota: subject to the donation amount
(2) Funding standard: 4,000 yuan per freshman (including: 2,000 yuan for the first year, and 2,000 yuan for the second and third years) 1,000 yuan each). Funding target
1. Fresh high school graduates with one or two certificates who took the college entrance examination in 2022 and were admitted to full-time colleges and universities (college students from private colleges, preparatory courses, pre-upgrading courses, and national orientation, military academies, normal colleges, etc. Free college students are not included in the scope of funding);
2. Abide by laws and regulations, have both good character and academic performance, and have not received other free love aid;
3. Have family financial difficulties, and the annual income is lower than the local average; or enjoy the minimum living security for urban residents Children from families who meet the policy; or students whose families have financial difficulties due to emergencies.
Circumstances of non-acceptance or cancellation of funding
In case of any of the following circumstances, the application will not be accepted or funding will be cancelled:
1. Students from the families of cadres and employees of government agencies, institutions, and state-owned enterprises; students from urban and rural residents whose families are not poor.
2. Students who have received various scholarships or student aid, public-funded normal school students, public-funded medical students, military academies and commissioned training and other free students.
3. In principle, college freshmen who have received donations of more than 3,000 yuan (including 3,000 yuan) from social groups, enterprises, and individuals will no longer receive funding from this event.
4. Students who have been admitted but gave up their studies.
5. The submitted information is incomplete, not timely, and the submission status is false.
Application procedures and application materials
1. Application procedures
(1) Extensive publicity: From July to August 2022, funding information will be publicly released through various publicity media, and eligible students will be widely mobilized to apply for funding.
(2) Application: The student (or parent) who meets the financial aid conditions shall receive (or download) and fill out the "Application Form", and the village (neighborhood) committee will provide review opinions and stamp; submit ID card , copy of household register, admission notice (or screenshot of admission information network). (3) Investigation and review: After receiving the student application, the township Youth League committee and the village (neighborhood) committee will Conduct on-site visits to the applicant's home to investigate and verify the poverty level, income, population and labor force of the student's family, graduation school, family (household registration) address, admission notice (or proposed admission information), etc., and the township Youth League Committee will After the opinions are put forward and stamped with the official seal, the feedback will be reported to the Youth League and County Committee, which will be reviewed by the Youth League and County Committee.
(4) Determine funding targets: Based on the field investigation and opinions of towns, villages (communities), the Youth League and County Committee holds an evaluation meeting with donors to determine pre-funding targets, submit them to the system for "one-on-one" pledges, and the final funding list is as follows The pledge results will be finalized and announced to the public.
(5) Disbursement of scholarships: After the expiration of the public notice period, the scholarships will be distributed to the students themselves or a unified distribution ceremony will be organized.
2. Application materials
1. 1 copy of my ID card;
