Xiaomi not only produces smartphones, tablets and household appliances, but also produces laptops based on Windows. However, within Xiaomi's product range, there is no desktop PC. According to sources, this situation will be broken in the near future.
Xiaomi originally launched a new series of flagship smartphones Xiaomi 13 on December 1. However, for some reason, the press conference was postponed to a later date. Xiaomi will also showcase its first compact computer at the event, according to several sources.
One of the new products will be the compact desktop with all-aluminum shell. There is currently no configuration for this host. It is only known that this computer will be equipped with a SFF format power supply with a capacity of 100 watts. Judging from the photos posted, the computer will support the installation of independent dual-slot graphics cards. However, in this case, a more powerful power supply is required.
According to another industry insider, Xiaomi will also release a compact Internet computer based on the mobile octa-core AMD Ryzen 7 6800H processor, with nominal TDP of 45 watts and clock frequency of up to 4.7 GHz. The chip is equipped with an integrated Radeon 680M graphics core graphics on the RDNA 2 architecture.
Sources said that the Internet mini host will be provided in two configurations. The standard option is about 3000 yuan, and the version with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD is estimated to be around 4000 yuan.
