The whole process requires me to "solve the case" as cautiously as a detective, and "reproduce" the problem and defects like peeling off the threads.
I came to Binjiang to work in 2003, and participated in and witnessed the great prosperity and changes in Binjiang over the years. New H3 has also continued to grow over the years. In 2006, I began to participate in the R&D and design of routers. In the past 10 years, the team's invention patents have exceeded 1,000, and have won the third prize of provincial science and technology progress and the second prize of municipal science and technology progress. The router's public relations project has reached the top three levels in the industry. I personally also won the title of " National Model Worker " in 2020. The story during this period is really exciting and proud.
In our data communication field, the product updates and iterations are very fast. In order to ensure the integrity and innovation of high-end router products, the team's annual product research and development investment will reach 700-800 million yuan. My team is a team with combat effectiveness and cohesion. As the helmsman of the product line, I must have professional accumulation and foundation in order to make the right choices in key technical judgments and decisions.
indeed, it takes more to catch up with or even surpass the international advanced level. To achieve the complete industrialization of high-end routers, many technical problems must be overcome in the process, especially in the critical stage of technical research, the product lines of H3H3 under the night of Binjiang, and the 6th-8th floors have become the norm. There is a tens of millions of users access controllers. This type of product has never been broken through with its specifications and capabilities, and it also leads to extremely unstable equipment. I summoned the group team to discuss and try repeatedly, and spent more than three months to formulate more than a dozen plans. Hard work pays off. My team and I cleverly found optimization algorithms and methods. After a long period of verification and careful polishing of all links and details, we confirmed that it was successful. This technology has also been widely praised in the industry. Although we felt very stressed and extremely anxious during that period, the satisfaction after solving major problems gave us stronger confidence.
In 2015, our 400G core router product with independent intellectual property rights was launched, with a acceptance quality pass rate of more than 90%, 36 invention patents were derived, and the performance standards of this network core product were redefined. This has achieved unprecedented innovation and breakthrough in the field of high-end data communication equipment for Chinese enterprises.

H3's routers have served major national events many times, such as the G20 Summit, World Internet Conference , 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics , and Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games , etc. The communication equipment of many competition venues in Hangzhou Asian Games , including news centers, live broadcasts, and online access certification for audiences... All are protected by H3 products. We look forward to a wonderful and unforgettable event in Hangzhou next year.
This year is my 25th year of joining the Party. Looking back on the past, in Binjiang, the vibrant fertile land, I have grown up in difficulties and challenges, and become a talent in ups and downs and dangers. I have reason to believe that New H3 Group will continue to contribute to Hangzhou High-tech Zone (Binjiang) in more fields.
