Recently, due to work transfer, I am preparing to get a set of HIFI equipment in my new office, so I can also relax after work! So I purchased a Symphony 2 HIFI system from Aihifi!

1. Coaxial sentiment
Actually, I have been paying attention to it since the launch of Opera No. 1, but at that time, I had the JBL2440 in my hand and I was reluctant to change it, so I didn’t buy it. This time I saw the release of Symphony 2, because this speaker was completely in line with my all fantasy of HIFI speakers!
First, the classical style is implemented. I think speakers are not only a tool for listening to sounds, but also a cultural transmission. I personally prefer classical and retro wooden things, so I also have a special liking for Symphony 2's classical appearance design.
Secondly, a big guy, a muscular man, there is a four major rules for choosing speakers that you should choose big but not small, and choose heavy but not light. The low frequency band of a large speaker can naturally extend downward, the mid frequency band is relatively loose, and the high frequency band also reduces the chance of tight distortion. The heavy box, the low frequency will be more stable and solid. The large body of Symphony 2 weighs 150 kilograms in a single box, which is very domineering.
Then, the coaxial unit, I have played with the speaker for so long, played with the horn, played the British box, and played the belt type, but I have never touched the coaxial. It is indeed a pity that the 12-inch coaxial of Symphony 2 is also an important point that attracts me.
Finally, the momentum is the same as the fineness. In terms of momentum, Symphony 2 needs to be said to be. If it is just momentum, then the momentum of my JBL2440 before was also very strong, but in terms of fineness, the American box is much worse. The coaxial unit of Symphony 2, with the multi-frequency design, is also rare and valuable in the processing of small details, especially the physical feeling of the instrument is very good, which is why I like Symphony 2.
2. The hand is two doors, and it depends entirely on kicking people
In the entire system, the speaker is like two doors, and the amplifier is the foot, which is responsible for kicking people. If you want a good sound, then the amplifier must be strong to kick it! My space is nearly 30 square meters. If you want to obtain accurate sound field positioning and good imaging power, you must choose a high-power amplifier to obtain it. So I chose a combination of ROTEL 1580 pre-level and ROTEL 1582 MKⅡ post-level.
ROTEL is a British brand that has always been known as Baohua's royal amplifier. It is famous all over the world for its soft and pleasant characteristics.The 1582 rear-level amplifier I chose, with an output power of 200W per channel under an 8Ω load, drives Symphony 2, which can get the surging and extraordinary momentum like the on-site. When listening to classical, the position of the entire band is very clear. Combined with the 1580 front-level amplifier, the high frequency has a slightly slight charm of , and the analytical power and low-frequency quality of stone machine , with the vocals and classical integrity. symphony is also scheming, which is very suitable for me, a wide-faced and slightly classical audience.
3. Easy to get when intersecting, perfectly matched with
Marantz's CD machine has the characteristics of medium frequency and thick. I had a Marantz 6006 before, but for the Symphony 2 system, it felt a bit insufficient, so I decided to replace it. Since the amplifier used ROTEL, I checked ROTEL 1572 and Marantz's ND8006 on the sound source. Although the 8006 episode CD and digital broadcast are integrated, many old batons said that the texture of the low frequency is average and does not match my entire system, so I chose ROTEL 1572 The CD machine has excellent resolution and high frequency has a good extension, especially when playing some instrumental music, the wood smells very strong, which is what I love, so the whole system is done like this.
4. Only what I use
On the speaker line, I used the previous AQ CV6, which listened to the beautiful voices of people, but the big scenes were a little bit lacking in analysis. After changing to PR35, the sound was loose and thick, and I was not afraid of big scenes at all, and it was of high-end quality. The silver color SILTECH 38G3 signal line I used before was balanced, thick, warm and atmospheric, the vocal texture is a strong point, and the performance of folk music is particularly outstanding. Without pursuing the extreme, it is basically more comprehensive. The overall fit is more suitable after changing to the new WZ98 signal cable: its slender body has a gentle and elegant appearance, and it does feel like this after listening. Its tension and transparency are not as high as Silver Color, but the key lies in the accurate positioning. Compared with Silver Color 38G3, it exudes a little transparent and sweet luster at high frequency. In addition, the listening experience of each frequency band is moderate and average, smooth and has rich details. The strings and female voices can really hear the ear oil, which complements the PR35 speaker line combination and plays a long way.
5. Summary of the entire system
1. Listening experience: The moisturization and restoration of the voice are very good. Listening to Jiangyang Zhuoma 's " Hulunbuir Prairie ", the medium frequency is mellow and warm, directly reflecting a vast prairie, which is very suitable for the situation, and it is even more handy in large symphony. Unlike some small boxes, the entire low frequency becomes messy when it comes to the symphony. The low frequency of Symphony 2 is so stable! Wide, clear, free to collect and unwind. Two words: calm! The entire band of symphony is also arranged very accurately, and the various instruments are restored in place, and they have the momentum and taste that should be.
2. Speaker quality: excellent positioning and resolution, good high-frequency details density, full mid-frequency, slightly stimulating, fast reaction speed, belongs to the kind that is ignited, the low-frequency has a deep dive, and the low-frequency hits the ground and breaks out of the wall. Although it is not as fast as the JBL2440's reaction before, it is definitely not slow. In such a high-end speaker, it can be considered mid-to-upstream.
3. System matching: Use the entire set of ROTEL's CD and front and rear amplifiers, and match Symphony No. 2 to position the box well, and the sound balanced and pleasant characteristics are shown. In addition, the low frequency sense and wideness, the root's rear stage is also very well performed. In online materials, the combination of WZ98 and PR35 is also relatively smooth and has rich details. In terms of disadvantages, I think the high frequency is a bit darker. I think this should also be related to my ROTEL amplifier. After all, although the sound of the rotel is soft and pleasant, the high frequency is indeed a bit darker. Fortunately, when listening to instrumental music such as , violin, and , the wood smell is indeed very strong. It can also be regarded as a loss of harvest.
