This year, the United States once again put forward such a request to lithography machine giant Asmay, but ASML expressed opposition. Companies believe that the Chinese market is an important participant in global semiconductors and reminded the United States not to do things that will make the supply chain usher in a "crisis". Later, the US did not make any further statement about the DUV lithography machine restriction incident, and ASML could still be shipped normally. From the moment, the incident of restricting DUV lithography machines has been considered to be a fire-relieving.
However, for ASML, you can't rest assured if you don't restrict the shipment of DUV lithography machines, because shortly after this incident, the United States announced a series of restrictions, which is not a good phenomenon for ASML, a lithography machine giant that is constantly increasing its investment in the Chinese market. But this storm quickly reduced the impact. According to many giants, such as Intel , Samsung , SK Hynix , etc., all announced that factories in the Chinese market have been licensed by the United States for one year in obtaining advanced manufacturing equipment.
This means that ASML can also guarantee its shipment rate in the Chinese market to a certain extent under the expansion of production by these giants. For these licensed foreign companies, it can further reduce the risk of losses.

I have to say that the Americans’ abacus is really amazing. It only allowed many foreign companies that have invested in the Chinese market, but then gave ASML such a regulation. To put it bluntly, if ASML is restricted, the previous licenses to these companies were basically zero. After all, this time we deal with any customers in the Chinese market. To some extent, these companies may be included in the scope of any customer. Therefore, I personally think that these companies may be trapped in a "snare" again - one layer of restrictions has been lifted, and another layer of restrictions has to be added. No matter how they let go, they seem to be unable to escape the "move" created by US semiconductors.
Of course, as for which companies will be affected further, they need to wait for ASML to evaluate before they can know the list. But what is certain is that ASML's current position is very obvious. But personally, I believe that if ASML wants to bypass this restriction and take advantage of loopholes in , it may further expand its team in the future, and employees with related American companies may no longer be considered by ASML. : Given that ASML values the Chinese market so much, ASML may choose this approach.
