This means that the leave application during this period will not be approved by the store manager. While streams of Apple new devices, especially before and after the release of new iPhone models and during the holidays, the latest instructions from the store appear to be unprecedented agreement changes in the region.
Apple usually prohibits vacations before and during holidays, which is usually direct notification to employees in a short period of time through Apple's internal communications applications. The latest change, that is, the ban on vacations about one year in advance, is conveyed more concealedly through memos released by the local area.
store manager claims that the directive comes from the "shop above" level. In a "moment of rapid development", this change is introduced to employees "to ensure we are better prepared for next year."
