IT House reported on August 19 that at the beginning of this month, Solidigm officially launched its first consumer-grade NVMe SSD product Solidigm P41 Plus. This product adopts the PCIe 4.0x4 specification, uses QLC flash memory, and costs 90 US dollars (about 606.6 yuan) for 1TB.
According to official news from Huirong Technology, Solidigm P41 Plus uses 144-layer 3D QLC and Huirong Technology SM2269XT main control chip , with a sequential read capacity of 4125MB/s, a sequential write capacity of 3325MB/s, and a random read capacity of 390K IOPS, random writes reach 540K IOPS. There are three versions of capacity: 512GB, 1TB and 2TB, with corresponding endurances of 200TBW, 400TBW and 600TBW respectively.
IT House learned that Solidigm P41 Plus has been listed on Newegg, 512GB is $50 (about 337 yuan), 1TB is $90 (about 606.6 yuan), and 2TB is $190 (about 1288.2 yuan). is not yet available in China.
