What determines your ambition is related to talent, and talent is related to karma of the past lives.

Speaking of karma seeds, we have to mention the eight consciousness fields. This is a special noun for the consciousness-only system. It means that everyone has eight consciousnesses: eye consciousness, ear consciousness, nose consciousness, tongue consciousness, body consciousness, manas consciousness (seventh consciousness), and Alaya (eighth consciousness).
has the meaning of identification, distinction, judgment. The first five consciousnesses come from the five senses of the physical body (physical body) - eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body, and identify the five dusts outside the body - color, sound, fragrance, taste, and touch. The sixth consciousness can be judged comprehensively based on the first five consciousnesses, and can also act independently. For example, the appearance of a dream is an image generated by the independent activity of the sixth consciousness. At this time, the sixth consciousness is also called the single shadow consciousness or the single head consciousness. The seventh consciousness will make decisions based on the judgment results of the first six consciousnesses, and belongs to the dominant consciousness of life. Sometimes it will immediately become straightforward and make judgments when the first six consciousnesses have no time to judge. This is what we often call intuition, and it also belongs to the seventh consciousness. This is a consciousness that is universal and self-attachment, always considers but not constantly. As for the eighth consciousness, recently, the first seven consciousnesses all emerge from it; far, all things in the world are all evolved from , the eighth consciousness, . In this sense, it becomes the source of all things, also known as the first cause of the universe.
Contemporary scientists are engaged in hastener collision, with the purpose of finding the origin particles of the universe. In fact, the source is the eighth consciousness, but it is invisible and invisible. No matter how much horsepower you use, it will never be able to hit it. What can be knocked out are the evolutions of the eighth consciousness, not the eighth consciousness.
Looking at the eight consciousnesses, the first seven consciousnesses are sons and the eighth consciousness is mother. The first seven consciousnesses are in the midst of impermanence and change, so they are called the seven-transformed consciousness; the eighth consciousness is constant and unchanging, belongs to the fundamental consciousness, also known as seed consciousness, which can provide various karma, because it has the ability to collect all the seeds since the birth of the universe, without any leakage. Therefore, it has the powerful function of hiding what is hidden, and holding it.
"Abhidharma Sutra" says:
comes from the realm of time,
all dharmas and other basis;
has various interests,
and Nirvana are born.
This verse talks about the eighth consciousness. It has no beginning in time and no origin in space, but it is the basis and source of all things in the universe. It is precisely because of its existence that the birth of all living beings and countless sages is caused.
There are four types of Nirvana: Nirvana with remaining Nirvana, Nirvana without remaining Nirvana, Pure Nirvana of Self-nature, and Nirvana without dwelling. Especially Nirvana without dwelling, which is the realm of Buddhahood, and the level of wisdom has reached the highest standard in the universe, so it is called supreme Bodhi. At this level, the wisdom and light emitted from him are everywhere and reach every place, and this is the perfect embodiment of the highest wisdom in the universe.
It is worth mentioning that all kinds of seeds and conditions that reach this level of wisdom are lurking in everyone's eighth consciousness.
The eighth consciousness stores all the thoughts, things you do, the information you have formed, and the impact you have generated since time immemorial. This forms the eight consciousness fields, which is actually an all-encompassing information database.
Of course, it is also a big treasure, which lurks in the depths of everyone's life.
It’s just that everyone brings treasures without knowing it.
The so-called "poor children's clothes are in the middle of the pearl" refers to it.

But there is one thing, the type of information stored in this information database varies from person to person. Each person's information follows the circumstances and radiates outward, forming a certain trajectory, and conducting certain events, both good and bad, and some are neither good nor bad. As the parties involved, they constitute different destinies that vary from person to person.
In the final analysis, it is because we, as individuals, have done various things different from other people and built their own different information databases - the Eight Conscious Fields. Therefore, we will experience different events in different time and space, obtain success or failure, win or lose, good or evil, as well as the results of neither success or defeat, neither losing nor winning or evil, thus writing their own different life narratives, blooming different flowers, and forming different fireworks.
In fact, all destiny is in our own hands.
The so-called "My life is in my life or not in heaven" means that the key is the master of which card we want to play is still me - the seventh consciousness. It will make corresponding choices based on your aspirations.
If your personality is the type that you are not willing to admit defeat, you will stick to your choice and never give up easily.
If you are weak by nature, you will face strong oppression that is not conducive to yourself and make a retreat.
's fate pattern, so it's a clear judgment. If you succeed, it is not the alms of any god; if you fail, it is not the punishment of any god. Everything is the result of the seeds in the eight consciousness fields that fulfill the fruits of karma under the new time, space and new causes and conditions. It means that each of us is always responsible for our own profits and losses. This is the law of fairness and justice that runs through the universe. Because each person stores different information species in his eight consciousness fields and creates different karma, he will naturally produce different Zhang San Fruit, Li Si Fruit, and Wang Wu Fruit. It corresponds to the current time and space, including your rectangular face, his long round face, your tall face, he is short, and you are poor and rich. This is the reason.
The poverty card is played by you yourself, and the wealth card is played by you yourself.
All the current situations of each person are derived from the fact that each person carries different personalities, different aspirations, and different karma.
So, isn’t the so-called fate obvious?

so there is a saying: Character determines destiny.
And you are always the master of your own destiny.
Even at this moment, as long as you are still alive and have execution ability, you can take action and operate in a positive and optimistic manner to create good luck for yourself.
Of course, if you want to change your destiny, the first thing you need to change is your personality weaknesses and bad habits. If you can change it drastically and earth-shakingly, your success or failure pattern will be reshuffled. However, from a weak you to a strong you, from being unmotivated to becoming a high-spirited fight, it requires the courage to cut off your arm and the effort to transform yourself.
The most successful life is to constantly challenge yourself. Only in this way can we get a new self that is different from the past.
This self can always grasp your destiny, control sadness and joy at all times, be optimistic and upward at all times, and surpass yourself at all times.
Even if you exceed one slight, your destiny will change one slight; if you exceed a thousand miles, your destiny will change one slight.
This leads to a conclusion: transcending yourself can bring good luck.
