The poem mentions the stories of two famous wise ministers in ancient times, Yi Yin and Jiang Shang . Here we describe them as the way of Kun.
Kun is the Tao, the Tao of the minister. The earth is carried away, and people do not know what the earth does and all things are formed on the earth. The way for a minister is to cooperate with his companions' work, not to criticize his abilities or to praise his achievements. There is really nothing to show off when a person achieves some results, because his personal ability is just a factor in his success this time. More comes from leaders who know people and give opportunities. It also cannot be separated from the resource allocation of institutions and enterprises.
There is also Xiao He from the Qin and Han Dynasties, and later became the prime minister of Liu Bang . It belongs to the example of the way to Kun. He was down-to-earth and low-key, and performed his duties conscientiously. In the era of war, he guarded the backyard for Liu Bang, who was on the front line, and continuously transported the troops, horses, food and grass to the front. After the establishment of in the Western Han Dynasty, as a prime minister with too much power, he would consciously donate some property and some manpower to his boss. Cheng Yi says "moving but hard does not harm it is soft." A person with outstanding abilities and strong execution will never forget his professional ethics as a subordinate when doing things, and has a mentality of putting the overall situation first and obeying the organization's arrangements.

Either you feel that you have enough abilities and resources, then you can immediately set up a new mountain and establish a marquis and career; or you have to cooperate with the current leader's work steadily. Of course, this dominant and cooperative role is dynamic. For example, in the army, the platoon leader of the grassroots unit is "in the position" (the Book of Changes is called "in the position", see the appendix "Reading Yi Jian"), and everyone will work hard to do their own things, cooperate with his work, and obey his command; and in the company, the company commander is the leader, and the deputy company commander and platoon leader become coordinators and obedients, and so on...

If a so-called marshal makes a lot of tricks and loses battles in a row, he must be a gangster who is "in corpse-positioned and simple".Therefore, it is advisable to do everything within your ability. If you want to do big things, you must lay the foundation early and make yourself stronger first. Only by doing things that suit your abilities and being in a position that suits your abilities can you be able to work hard and live freely. People who are usually lazy and do not know how to accumulate strength and learn progress, but few people who blindly believe in power and pursue power all day long have a good end. Even if a leader seeks cooperation, he will definitely not look down on such lazy people who can only flatter and please mediocre people.
If the water is clear, there will be no fish, and if the person is careful, there will be no disciple. There are many people who follow him, and there are many resources that can be mastered and mobilized, which will make it easier to make greater contributions to human society.
年6: Follow the established direction, and refuse to make progress every little, and eventually there will be quantitative change and qualitative change. Harvest unexpected surprises (the frost is firm and the ice is coming).
The classics of the classics: The minister kills his king and the son kills his father, not for a day, but the origin is gradually. Young children will inevitably learn some filthy words or even misbehaviors outside. It must be stopped immediately after discovery and corrected. If they leave it alone, they will regard evil as normal behavior like eating and drinking water. If this continues, these children will inevitably lie, extort, or even kill and rob, and do bad things when they grow up.
62: "It is straight and righteous, and it is right. A gentleman respects the inner self and righteousness is right and righteousness is right and the outside self and respects righteousness and virtue is not lonely." The way to stay in Kun is to cultivate one's courageous and fearless mind. A person's words and deeds are a mirror that reflects his inner spiritual temperament. A honest and upright person has a peaceful word and deed, firm character and decisive judgment. When you need to act, you will not be scruples or fears. When doing things, you will inevitably be clean and neat and unconventional (not doubting what you do).
The wall stands thousands of feet high and is strong without desire. If you keep your heart honest and honest, you will be majestic and self-evident. When communicating with others, you can think from the perspective of others and take care of the interests and face of others. You can be calm and fearless when speaking and doing things.
We respect all those who appear in our lives. It is not just because they are noble and sincere and selfless, but because we respect our own ethics in our hearts: my humility, elegance and calmness are a display of my own spiritual wealth, what does it have to do with other people's words, deeds and character?
Mencius said: If the heart is not upright, then the eyes will be shady. Narrow and despicable people, evil desires and distorted thoughts in their hearts, giving people the impression that they are dark and vulgar, and their eyes will also wander and become dark and weak. When doing things, you will be confused and make peace with multiple ways. In the Qingming Dynasty, where justice is full of justice, these evil people will inevitably be like rats crossing the street and everyone will be beating.
White phoenix flies in the mouth of Yangzi, and blue flies gather on the nose of Helang.
No one can achieve a grand situation and accomplish great cause by relying on selfishness, narrow-mindedness, insidiousness, flattery, and self-interest. Even if you occasionally gain power, you may quickly become disillusioned and difficult to last. You may even suffer from the disaster of killing and the difficulty of extermination of the clan.
63: Kun Dao still has the "Secret". That is, to hide (not boast about) one's own talents and abilities. Humanity is more humble and more humble. A humble character is easier to get help and follow from everyone.

In this complex and complex society, no matter whether facing a gentleman or a vulgar villain, people should be free to advance and retreat without hesitation. Sunshine and optimistically face and deal with things. In daily life, I will work silently without caring about whether others have any praise or derogatory feelings. Only shallow and dark people have never done a few good things in their lives. If there are highlights occasionally, they will inevitably boast about it.
June 4: When the storm comes, wrapping your jacket tightly and keeping yourself alone is the right choice (included). Four, with softness in place, the best way to do is to do nothing. If you fish in the lake, the dragon will not be in its abyss; if you collapse your nest and break your eggs, the phoenix will not fly in its city. If the public opinion environment is not good, you should talk less; if the business environment is bad, you cannot invest, build, or do business in this place.
If you don’t do anything, you won’t lose anything, and of course you won’t be able to achieve anything (no blame or reputation).
65: Although Kun Gua tells the truth about being a minister and being an employee.But the sixth and five lines of this hexagram are used to express themselves as qualified bosses. In ancient times, the princes dominated the country, so noble, but they still maintained a way of harmony, and the cost of clothing was no different from that of the people. Only in this way can one maintain peace and gain the trust of the emperor. For example, , the Warring States Period, , the King of Qi Wei, , sealed the affairs of Jimo doctors.
Chinese culture originated from the "Nine Chronicles" and "Bagua" in ancient times. The "Five Elements" of gold, wood, water, fire and earth that we are still familiar with today, the "Five Elements" of the Five Blessings, the "Six Poles" and "Three Virtues" all come from the "Nine Categories". Here we talk about "respect to be straightforward and the meaning of the inner meaning is to the outer meaning", so we need to explain another content in "Nine Categories" - "Five Things": "Looking, speaking, looking, listening, thinking; appearance is called respect, speaking is following, looking is bright, listening is clever, thinking is wise. Be respectful and solemn, follow governance, be wise and wisdom, be smart and plan, and be wise and wise as saint." Through the cultivation of "respect and righteousness within", people eventually show an excellent image of intelligence, wisdom, respect and initiative in society, and can be called a sage.

Under the above limit conditions, even soft things can produce unexpected destructive power. This line warns that when you are in Kun and the way to keep Kun must maintain a peaceful and not go to an extreme mentality (or governance state).
