In the future, law enforcement can use the camera system on Apple car to track vehicles or personnel that may pose a threat to safety in modern cities and suburbs.
According to this patent, in certain instances, patented technology can be applied at least in part to video data, which can be obtained from surveillance cameras, autonomous vehicles, etc. Parts of the analysis can be important in applications where videos recorded using surveillance cameras are collected or post-analysis. Automotive Event III: my country's international standards for autonomous driving test scenarios are released
Recently, we learned from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that the first international standard for autonomous driving test scenarios, led by my country, ISO 34501: 2022 Road vehicles — Test scenarios for automated driving systems — Vocabulary "Road Vehicles Autonomous Driving System Test Scenarios Vocabulary" was officially released.
In recent years, standards for autonomous driving test evaluation have become the key work direction of various international standardization organizations. As early as April 2018, my country proposed an international standard proposal for autonomous driving test scenarios to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO/TC22), and was approved to form an autonomous driving test scenario working group (ISO/TC22/SC33/WG9). Subsequently, my country jointly planned a series of international standard projects around autonomous driving test scenarios, including ISO 34501 scenario vocabulary, ISO 34502 safety assessment framework, ISO 34503 design and operation range, etc.
ISO 34501 is the first international standard released in this series. It mainly regulates the concepts of autonomous driving systems, dynamic driving tasks, design operation range and conditions, clarifies the relationship between scenes, dynamic and static environments and physical elements, and forms scene hierarchical description rules including functional scenes, abstract scenes, logical scenes and specific scenes.
