Halogen lamp:
Inject halogen gas such as iodine or bromine into the incandescent lamp bulb. At high temperature, the sublimated tungsten wire performs chemical action with halogen. The cooled tungsten will re-solidate on the tungsten wire, forming a balanced cycle to avoid premature breakage of the tungsten wire, but the brightness needs to be improved.
xenon lamp :
is also called high-pressure gas discharge lamp . It is a heavy metal lamp. It fills the UV-resistant crystal quartz glass tube with inert gas such as xenon, and then instantly increases the on-board 12-volt power supply to 23,000 volts through supercharger . At high voltage, xenon will be ionized and generate a light source between the two poles of the power supply.
LED headlight:
LED headlight is a solid-state semiconductor device that can convert electrical energy into visible light - a light emitting diode. It belongs to a cold light source and converts almost all of the energy into visible light.
LED light source:
COB technology (formal): chip On board Light—a high-light efficiency integrated surface light source technology for LED chips to be directly attached to high-reflectivity mirror metal substrates. Disadvantages are that the luminous area is large, the light concentrating ability is poor, the thermal conductivity is poor, and the advantages are: cheap.
flip technology: The formal chip is inverted to make the light emitted by the light emitting layer directly emitted from the other side of the electrode. The advantage is that the flip technology has a small luminous point, good light concentration, higher temperature resistance, and more guaranteed life.
luminous flux: the total amount of light emission of the light source in unit time, unit lumens (LM), generally refers to brightness.
luminous effect: the amount of luminescence per unit power (lm/w).
illuminance: the luminous flux of visible light received per unit area, unit lux (Lux or Lx).
color temperature: The physical quantity used in lighting optics to define the color of the light source, and its unit is expressed by "K" ( Kelvin temperature units).
Light decay: the amount of light attenuation.
front-installation market: Headlight manufacturers provide supporting facilities for vehicle manufacturers and directly supply headlights.
after-installation market: The products produced by manufacturers are sold through dealers, mainly through channel sales, and customers can choose to modify the car lights when purchasing a car.
single-light lens: only low beam, generally use halogen bulb or xenon bulb.
Dual-light lens : It is a lens, through the light shield inside the lens, the switching between high and low beams can be achieved; when the light shield is closed, it is low beam, and when the light shield is opened, it is high beams; but the tunnel inside the lens does not move.
Single light: A bulb that can only generate one beam of light in a single light bulb.
Dual lights: High and low beams are integrated, and a single light bulb can generate two different beams of light from far and near.
