Z0z has recently reported in domestic media that Ideal Auto has plans to launch a pure electric model in 2022. This kind of news has been circulating before, but officials have denied it. In this regard, a spokesperson for Ideal Motors said that the project is currently undergoing preliminary investigation and has not determined the timing of product launch.

At present, Ideal Auto has only one model, Ideal ONE, which adopts an extended-range powertrain and has a pure electric battery life of 180km. Prior to this, Ideal Motor announced that it intends to apply for the placement of 47 million ADSs, each representing two Class A ordinary shares of the company. The planned use of funds includes about 30% for the research and development of new generation electric vehicle technologies, including high-voltage platforms, high-C batteries and ultra-fast charging; about 20% for the development of the next BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) platform and future models; approximately 20% is used for research and development of autonomous driving technologies and solutions; the balance is used for company general purposes.
