On November 25, the State Administration for Market Regulation announced that Tesla Automobile (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Tesla (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. recalled some imported Model S, Model X and some imported and domestically produced Model 3 electric car .
The State Administration for Market Regulation stated in an announcement on Friday that Tesla will recall 70,434 imported Model S, Model X and Model 3 electric vehicles, as well as 10,127 domestic Model 3 electric vehicles.

The announcement stated that the recall of some Model S and Model X vehicles was due to software problems and needed to upgrade the software through Automobile Remote Upgrade (OTA) technology to fix defects in the battery management system that may cause power to stop output. The recalled part of Model 3 is due to the installation problem of the seat belt fixing bolt .
Tesla calls on affected Model 3 owners to contact the service center for maintenance as soon as possible after the recall begins, and also calls on users to "driving the vehicle with caution."
On November 19, under pressure from NHTSA, Tesla issued another "safety recall" announcement, recalling the affected 29,348 Model X cars from 2021 to 2023.
According to the announcement given by NHTSA, the recall mainly involves calibration issues of the constraint control module (RCM) that may cause the front passenger airbag to be deployed incorrectly in certain low-speed collisions. According to the recall notice, Tesla has started pushing wireless software updates earlier this week to solve this problem.
