Honda's domestic dealer system is divided into three categories: Honda Dream Wing, Honda Wing and the five new books. The sales qualification of these three types of stores is that Honda Dream Wing can sell a full range of Honda products, including Zhongpai Store products, except for the new five-book access vehicles. Honda Wing can sell Honda mid-range products, while the sales system of the new five books sells models below 190 displacement.

Although this sales model has some Chinese characteristics, its classification is similar to that of local Japanese dealer management. In Japan's local motorcycle sales and service network, the current system consists of 5,500 dealers. Before 2017, Honda's entire sales system in Japan was divided into five categories: Honda DREAM (111 stores, equivalent to Honda's Damao stores.), Pro's Wing (130 stores, also equivalent to Honda's full-series stores, with a smaller operating scale than Honda DREAM), Honda Wing (370 stores, smaller service capabilities than the previous two types of scales, equivalent to domestic mid-range stores, but more comprehensive models), and Pro's (300 stores, equivalent to domestic Honda Road stores), and Honda (4,589 stores, equivalent to domestic new and five-book sales stores).

After 2018, Honda integrated its dealer system into only two categories of dealers:
First, Honda DREAM, which sells all-round products, can provide advice for new lifestyles, and can provide high-quality and high-quality services at the same time, with 150 dealers;
Second, it sells products with a displacement of less than 250 cc, rooted in the region and community, and provides reliable and convenient life-oriented Honda Commuter (Honda commuter), with a total of 5,350 dealers.
Honda hopes to maximize efficiency of the existing sales system through the new system, and looks forward to improving customer satisfaction through more active communication and efforts.

After Honda integrated the local dealer system in Japan, it also integrated the Honda dealer system in China. First, it gradually established Honda Dream Wing, a large trade store in various parts of China. There are currently about a dozen. At the same time, Honda Wing (Zhongpai Store) was established in China, with more than 100 currently, and China's new five-book sales system has about 6,000 channels.

Relying on its strong product and brand appeal, Honda became the most complete sales system among the four major Japanese masters and the highest quality dealerships. The effective dealer management system supported the sales of Honda's global motorcycle giant. The global sales volume of a Honda company can actually be similar to the total sales volume of all motorcycles in my country.
