In an interview, GAC Group stated: As state-owned holding company and one of the shareholders of GAC Fick, GAC Group will actively support its debts and debts to be handled in accordance with the law and regulations; and will explore reorganization measures to make use of its assets and resources based on market principles and company development needs, and try its best to safeguard and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties. Relevant disclosures will be made in accordance with the disclosure requirements.
At the same time, GAC Group will urge GAC Fick to cooperate with bankruptcy administrators to make arrangements in accordance with the law and regulations in accordance with the "Auto Sales Management Measures", "Enterprise Bankruptcy Law" and other laws and regulations.
It is understood that recently, 26 car dealers jointly sent letters to the petition bureau of Guangzhou and Changsha Municipal People's Government to protect their rights against GAC Fick, which is filing for bankruptcy.
In the rights protection letter, 26 GAC Fick dealers put forward a total of 4 appeals
1, resolutely resisting GAC Fick's bankruptcy liquidation before resolving the dealer and customer problems.
2. Full cash redemption of the deposit paid by the dealer to the manufacturer and the rebate due to the rebate.
3. Due to manufacturer's procedures, customers are unable to complete the registration within the specified time. If the losses caused by the stock of vehicles, the manufacturer should repurchase the original price.
4. Make up for the operating losses caused to dealers due to manufacturer’s negligence.
Some dealers cried that the joint venture was bankrupt, and GAC Fick simply said that the withdrawal of investment put aside all responsibilities. However, the dealers were like trapped beasts in cages, and they could not get rid of them or escape them. They had no choice but to choose this method to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
