"Hello, please get your billing card, please go slowly!" From November 10 to 12, at the operation skills competition of the 13th National Transportation Industry Road Tolls and Monitoring Professional Skills Competition, the toll collectors typing on keyboards and greetings one after another, and a series of movements such as welcoming cars, sending cars, counting money, etc., showed the superb skills of contestants in the first-class national competition and the spirit of striving for the first place.

one minute on the stage and ten years of hard work. Highway toll and monitors are mainly engaged in highway toll, road condition monitoring, and traffic information collection. They repeat dry and impetuous instructions and actions day after day, but they are an extremely important profession in the field of road transportation. At present, there are more than 260,000 highway toll and monitors nationwide. They are responsible for ensuring logistics and smooth transportation, safe and efficient transportation, and dispatching and liaison hub every day. This is also an important reason why this profession has been listed as a national first-class competition for the first time this year.
In order to fully examine the players' comprehensive strength, the competition content is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge and skill operation, with a total score of 100 points, of which theoretical knowledge accounts for 30% and skill operation accounts for 70%. It is divided into three items: simulated charging operation items, fault handling operation items and fault handling operation items.

Theoretical examination adopts a computer-based examination model. The question bank mainly covers ten categories such as basic knowledge of highways, operation management, toll management, highway inspection and audit management. Among them, fee management accounts for 32%, with the highest proportion of total equity. Therefore, among the 100 points in the skill operation competition, the first "simulated fee operation project" is also the key content of the assessment in the practical competition, with a total power accounting for 70%, which is also the key content for the contestants to prepare for the exam.
The wide competition area venue is divided into three areas, and the simulated charging area is lined up with several rows of single tables and chairs. Each contestant simulates the desk into a charging booth. The desktop is equipped with desktop computers, banknote counters, charging banknote placement areas, change backup gold areas, driver change areas and driver cash areas. Between a small square inch, the contestants used eighteen martial arts. Within 30 minutes, they simulated the business operation skills of 100 vehicles distributing passes at the entrance and collecting tolls at the exit, and completed five competition contents: civilized service etiquette (entry card issuance), export charging operations, export charging change, operation speed and fee counting. For the contestants, this is a great challenge to their professional and technical level and psychological qualities.

event deduction rules list is very "harsh". Even if a look, gesture or language is a little irregular, points will be deducted. The contestants not only need to smile and serve the whole process, correct their sitting posture, standard movements and polite words, but also need to accurately judge the type of vehicle, vehicle model, license plate, station code, free car, etc., and then confirm that they choose to charge or free pass.
When a player withdraws money from the driver's cash area and the change-making backup area, he or she must go from top to bottom in order. He or she must not draw any money from the middle or flip the money. If some of them fall out during the operation, he or she should continue to operate in sequence and pick it up before clicking the "Confirm" key at the end of the operation. 2 points will be deducted for each violation. It can be said that "there is a world in the subtleties". Every detail of the event highlights the high starting point, high standards and strict requirements of national first-class competitions.
Zhang Qiang, director of the Department of Information Engineering, Sichuan Transportation Vocational and Technical College, said that the expressway toll station is one of the important windows for the urban civilization image. Therefore, an assessment of the civilized service etiquette of the toll collectors was added to the entrance operation part. I hope that all toll collectors can also join their local special corporate culture. These assessment events fully demonstrate the professional spirit and professional qualities of toll collectors. The second item of skill operation is the troubleshooting operation item. The on-site simulation ETC roadside controller communication failed and the inspection was that the network cable was damaged. The contestant needs to make a 568B standard network cable on site within 10 minutes, and use the produced network cable to connect the roadside controller and the switch, use the "ping" command to test the network communication status of the roadside controller, and finally troubleshoot. This competition not only tests the players' hands-on ability, but most importantly, it is to strictly abide by safety operating procedures.According to the standard of 568B of the network cable crystal head, one network cable and two crystal heads must also be carefully crafted in the order of "peeling - rolling - cutting - inserting - pressing" to show the style of craftsmanship. The third item of
skill operation is the fault handling operation item, including two parts: wearing a fire combat suit and simulated fire extinguisher fire extinguishing operation. This competition is very attractive, and the contestants must first wear fire fighting uniforms quickly. If you wear a fire fighting suit for 45 seconds, the score is 3 minutes, and 0.2 points will be deducted for every 1 second increase. Until the deduction is deducted, 0.2 points will be added for every 1 second decrease, and up to 2 points will be added. Subsequently, the contestant needs to stand in front of the simulation device, select the correct fire extinguishing agent according to the type of ignition and the scene of fire, and take the correct methods to extinguish the initial fire.

"I was very excited to participate in the National First-class Competition for the first time! The content of the three competitions is very targeted, allowing me to better serve drivers and passengers in my future work." Wang Yixue, a contestant from the Shandong team, sighed.
In the three-day fierce competition, 44 players from 22 teams across the country were meticulous, orderly and undistracted, demonstrating the spirit of hard work and progress. Liu Shiyu from Zhejiang Jiaotong Expressway Operations Management Co., Ltd. won the personal championship, and the Zhejiang Department of Transportation won the team championship.
The referee of this event, Gao Liansheng, said that the first professional competition for road tolls and monitors has provided many on-the-job road tolls and monitors with the opportunity to show their skills, allowing grassroots employees to be "see" and "understood", and played an important supporting role in accelerating the construction of a strong transportation country to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.
