In addition, after reading the scriptures for a long time, I feel that we must be respectful to everyone we meet, and we must not be attached to everyone we meet. Just as the Heart Sutra says, "The heart is free of worries, so it is free of worries, stay away from all horrors and upside-down dreams."

The more you worry about something, the more tired you will be. When you are tired, you will develop emotions and worry, and you will conflict with the people around you and yourself. In the end, you will find that there is no benefit except hurting others and hurting yourself.

It is better to reconcile with everyone and everything. That is to say, worry less about idleness and pay more attention to your heart. When your heart changes, the people and things around you will also change. This should mean that your environment changes as your heart changes!
