The symbol of Mount Wutai is the Big White Pagoda . The full name of the Dabai Pagoda is the Pagoda of the True Body Relic of Sakyamuni Buddha. This shape is more common in Tibet, Mongolia and Southeast Asia, and is relatively rare in Han temples.
Wutai Mountain, Putuo, Emei and Jiuhua are collectively known as the four famous Buddhist mountains, but it is the only one that combines Chinese and Tibetan Buddhism. This is the reason why you can see red, green and yellow monk robes in Wutai Mountain, mixed with interesting scenes of worshiping Buddha.

Kneeling three times and bowing one time is different from prostrating. The former kneels on the ground with the head lowered and the buttocks raised, while the latter involves prostrating one's body to the ground. Different ways of worshiping Buddha can be seen in Mount Wutai.
Many people go to Wutai Mountain to burn incense and fulfill their wishes. Many people come to Wuye Temple . The Fifth Lord is the Five Dragon King and the incarnation of Manjushri Bodhisattva. It is said to be very efficacious. No wonder the incense is the most popular.
The way the believers and pilgrims fulfill their wishes is very interesting. They perform in Wuye Temple every day.
likes to walk around Bodhisattva Peak, Tayuan Temple and Luohu Temple . These temples are not as lively as Wuye Temple. Buddhism is supposed to be quiet, but bustling is secular.
There is a saying that goes like this, the road you have traveled is the road you have traveled, but the scenery is the result of sitting down and looking at it.
Folks have this analogy: Jin Wutai , Silver Putuo, Tong Emei and Tie Jiuhua. It is said that Buddhism is boundless, but the secular world still has to talk about ranking. Why is Mount Wutai ranked first?
It has both Tibetan and Chinese traditions, and the green temple and yellow temple coexist. Wearing red, yellow and green monk robes, bowing every three steps or prostrating yourself to the ground, the reason why Mount Wutai is different is its cultural tolerance.
