Answer: The single-passing version of the eight-part Vajra Kung Fu in Quanzhen Dragon Gate has only single-passing versions in history, and there has never been an exception. By the time Zhang Zhishun Dao's generation passed this set of martial arts to his eldest disciple, Teacher Yu Jianming, who saw too many people suffering and torture, then he had the idea of promoting this set of martial arts to benefit the world.
What are the characteristics of the eight Vajra Single-Chengdu version of the exercises?
Answer: Like other fitness exercises, it consists of eight movements in total. Each movement is exercised for some specific meridians, stretching the tendons and pulling the bones to promote circulation, thereby achieving the fitness effect of smooth circulation of bones.
