Rinpoche : What's wrong with your spine? Does it mean that it is stiff? Or is it just that the body is very straight? It is OK if you just have a straight body but not tight. You said you don’t know what you want to do later? Why do you need to do what? Just keep going! Continue to meditate.

Are those gas flowing? Maybe! Have they entered the pulse? Maybe! You just live there, whatever it is, no matter what it is, just keep moving forward, continue to shake hands and practice, and continue to meditate! No need to do anything else, so far, nothing needs to be done.

But if you stick to it, stick to it, or block it, that's not good. It's like when we walk, sometimes we see flowers, sometimes we see hills, sometimes we go downhill, but we keep moving forward.

Rinpoche : Put down the old things you have grabbed. It is not worth it to hold them tightly. If you can do it, put it down. It is very simple. catch like this, you just forget to put it down, and when you remember to let it go, it will be put down.

We have two abilities: crawling and letting go.

I often say to myself that at the level of the heart, if we want, we can let go, but we forget to do so. On the emotional level, if we want, we have the ability to let go, but we do not use this ability. Even on the body, when you feel tight, once you remember, you relax .

We have this ability, but we have not used it. On many levels, as long as you can grab, you can let go and loosen it.

But because we are afraid that we can't catch what we want, and all the information provided by our parents, school, friends, and bosses also teach us to catch it, so we catch it more and more, and we keep holding it like this, forgetting that we still hold it. Over time, these things that we hold on to will turn into garbage.

More and more garbage will cause you to suffer.
