日 is a more vivid word in Buddhism . Simply put, it is to break through ignorance and enlightenment, understand the mind and see the nature, and reach the other shore of wisdom through cultivation and verification. Generally speaking, the wisdom of ancient sages is regarded as the "compass", but in the end, it is necessary to understand it yourself and complete the "self-salvation".
Buddha said: "All dharmas are to save all minds. If there is no mind, why do all dharmas need to be."
Buddha preaches thousands of times, depending on the roots and methods, even the previous sentence is talking about a method, and the next sentence is directly denied. Or the two methods are contrary to each other. We all say that everyone has different faces, and each person has different experiences, personality, and habits. In terms of methods, they can only make adjustments based on different people. For example, Zen , Master Huineng , completes self-satisfaction by hearing only a sentence in the Diamond Sutra.
Most people need a process, that is, gradual cultivation, the time is different, ranging from a few days or months, from a few years to a few years, or even a longer time range. We all know the ambition of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva : "Hell is not empty, and I will not become a Buddha". Is there another saying in hell that is, in this world, we are not happy most of the time. It is because we are often troubled by emotions and thoughts that there is a saying of "passing". Without these pains, how can we "send", let alone have a way to "send".
We all know that there are Eight sufferings in Buddhism - the suffering of birth, the suffering of old age, the suffering of illness, the suffering of death, the suffering of separation of love, the suffering of meeting with enemies and hatred, the suffering of not getting what you want, and the suffering of blazing the five aggregates. The first seven are easy to understand. The five aggregates are the five aggregates mentioned in , the Heart Sutra, : form, feeling, thought, action, and consciousness. Form is everything external, feeling is feeling, thinking is imagination, action is behavior made, and consciousness is logical thinking such as analysis, comparison, judgment, and reasoning. From this point of view, life is really not easy. Everyone has to go through the suffering they need to go through. How can others personally experience your "heartache" feeling? "Like a person drinks water, he knows the cold and warmth." Only by trying it yourself will he know it.
Then what should I do? Only by suffrage.
Other people’s comfort and enlightenment are at most temporary. What you can actually rely on to get rid of suffering and happiness is yourself. The wisdom of ancient sages and wise men can provide us with a reference and a place to verify. Their wisdom can be used as our signposts, navigation, compass at best. There is no need to rigidly trap a certain classic into our lives, and finally be restricted by a certain classic and return to the above eight sufferings.
So, through the reminder of ancient sages, turn from the outside and return to the inside, what is inside? At most, it is just: in ·心·心·心. But the only difference is that in this kind of awareness, there is no condition and does not rely on external factors.
