My heart is filled with resentment, and in the end it is only myself who hurts.

A person’s life will inevitably love the wrong person and take the wrong path. At the beginning, we will have hatred and feel that the whole world is sorry for ourselves.

But after years of change, I realized that carrying hatred forward and ultimately hurting people is only yourself.

1. Resenting others is so stupid

The Buddha's book says: "There is no more storm than the fierce wind. The sign of resentment is faster than that. All Tathagata, Jin Gangtian and other five immortals cannot be cured."

The fastest thing in the world is the fierce wind, but the idea of hatred is faster than this. All the magical gods and immortals cannot be cured. There is no need to develop hatred, complaining will hurt yourself.

It is a very stupid thing to hate others in your heart.

Once upon a time, there was an old monk whose friend gave him a teapot, which was a rare treasure. He couldn't stand it and often placed it on the head of the bed.

Once, the old monk went out to meet his friend. When the little apprentice was cleaning, he accidentally turned the master's tea set to the ground. The tea set immediately broke, and the little apprentice was so scared that she sat on the ground and started crying.

Until the old monk came back, the little apprentice was still sobbing. When the old monk saw the broken tea set, he immediately understood and helped his little apprentice up.

smiled and mentioned: "I collect tea sets not to hate it."

A simple sentence shows an open-minded life mentality.

In life, there will inevitably be accidents, misunderstandings and frictions. When someone accidentally offends you and you hate him, it seems normal, but in fact, it is a very irrational behavior.

You are angry and hate, and you cannot cause any harm to the person who hurt you. For yourself, you may fall into sorrow and hurt your body.

There are many people in life who deserve to cherish, why should we spend our time on those who hurt ourselves?

So anger and hatred are the stupidest things in the world.

2. Resenting others will eventually hurt yourself

When we hate others, we do not punish others, but hurt ourselves.

The biggest pain in life is not the harm others give us, but self-discipline and imprisonment. You can choose to hate, but in addition, the world becomes pain.

In this world, some people will ignore you, misunderstand you, deceive you, and know how to love yourself. Let go of the pain of the past and start living again. Forgive others to solve yourself.

A long time ago, a woman had been having a strange dream. In the dream, there is a black house with many people shut inside and a rusty iron lock on the door. They begged and shouted...

Women have this dream every day. Over time, they will have chest tightness and problems. After seeing many doctors, they can't do anything.

Until one day, she met a magical Zen master. The Zen master gave her a golden key and told her: "If you have this dream again next time, use this key to open the iron lock and release all the people in the house.

When she dreamed again, she looked carefully at the people locked in the house, as if they had hurt her before. She shrank the golden key and gave up unlocking. She hoped that those people would be punished and painful.

It was like this, and half a year later, her condition became worse. She went to the Zen master again, and the Zen master shook his head: "You have the last chance to open it before the lock rusts, otherwise it will always be painful. ”

This time, the woman finally plucked up the courage to open the iron lock, and the people rushed out. Finally, she saw a thin woman walking out from inside. It turned out to be herself! At this time, the black house collapsed and the sun came in. Her illness finally recovered.

This black house was not only imprisoned by others, but also by herself. When she wanted to open her ventricle, her heart would be surrounded by the sun, and the darkness and pain would disappear.

In life, each of us can become the woman in the story. You hate how to hurt others and ultimately hurt your own heart.

Care and hatred are a prison, and tolerance is the only key. What you care about will be suspected; what you hate will be bound.

3. If the heart is not as wide as the sea, where can the calm wind and waves come from

Life is alive, and the plants and trees are in autumn. Without a heart as broad as the sea, there will be no life, let go of yourself and solve everything else.

Buddha said that everything is painful. Only by making choices can you let go easily, and only by realizing can you be happy without regrets. Let go of others and don’t complain; let yourself go and give your heart a way out.

Master Dazhao once said: "Don't worry is blessing, a broad heart is blessing, and a broad heart is blessing. A broad heart is blessing. A broad heart is like the sea, and a hundred blessings are coming."

There was a young man in the past who was easily angry about some trivial matters.

He went to consult Wuming Zen Master to talk about his confusion. The Zen master did not speak, sprinkled the tea on the ground, leaving the young man alone in the house.

Young man saw the water on the ground, slowly drying, seeping into the ground until it evaporated.

He suddenly realized that the prosperity of 3,000 years, bounced his fingers and drove the crane to the west, but a handful of river sand. Time is short, and no matter what happens, it will eventually be forgotten by time. Why can't you forget those bad pasts?

Su Shi often demoted his official position, but wrote, "Looking back to the bleak place, there is no wind and rain or sunny."

Du Fu failed the imperial examination, but wrote, " will be the top , will overlook all the mountains and small ."

Li Bai Haven't met his talent, but wrote, "I was born to be useful, and my daughter will be gone and returned."

The world is impermanent, and my heart is as broad as the sea, so I can live a peaceful and calm life.

There are no obstacles in life. Through pain, you can experience the light clouds more deeply; the long night will usher in a more beautiful dawn.

May every good fellow practitioner learn compassion in misfortune and tolerate in the past. Let others go, let yourself go. Please forward and share to promote Chinese traditional culture!
