Go back to your hometown more often, go back to your hometown more often, look at the ancient temples, villages, rivers, and fertile fields, which are becoming increasingly brilliant and distant in the light and shadow of the tide of the times.

Hongfu Temple, also known as Gaoli Temple, is located in Haogaoli Village, Xincun Town, eastern part of Anyang County, . Anyang Downtown, you will arrive for about 40 kilometers. The Gaoli area of Xincun Town has eight administrative villages, including Dang Gaoli, Hao Gaoli, Meng Gaoli, Cui Gaoli, Li Gaoli, Song Gaoli, Sun Gaoli and Lei Gaoli. The total population is about 16,000. Hongfu Temple is located in the southeast of Haogaoli Village, facing Danggaoli in the east. It is located along the south road and the Gaoli Temple Central Primary School, and then to the south is Yuefeigou and passes through the village from the west to the east. In the 1960s and 1970s, Yuefeigou was flowing all year round, and fish and shrimps were planted, making it an excellent place for young men to play in the water and swim in summer.

Hongfu Temple is said to have been built in the Han Dynasty, flourished in the Tang, Ming and Qing dynasties, and fell during the Republic of China. It covers an area of more than 4,000 square meters. During this period, it was destroyed and rebuilt. There are existing Dashan Gate, Main Hall, Eighteen Arhats Hall, Three Saints Hall, Jade Emperor Hall, and Big Buddha Hall. According to the older generation, during the Anti-Japanese War, there were more than 20 monks in Hongfu Temple, and most of the monks resolutely joined the army and joined the anti-Japanese ranks. Most of the people who participated in the Liberation War and the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea died. No one knew where they were. To date, there are still monks and martyrs' family signs hanging in the temple. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, some monks also came back to take care of their elderly care all year round. For hundreds of years, there have been many believers, praying for blessings and wishes, and going back and forth, endlessly.

The ancient temple fair was also born on February 15th. Temple Fair extends in turn around the open spaces in the streets around the temple. Small vendors come in a crowd of goods, and the hawking sounds are coming one after another. The people who visit the temple fair shoulder to shoulder, stretching for miles, and the grand occasion is unprecedented. Every household of eight high-interest people should clean the kitchen, cut meat, buy good vegetables, prepare wine, and entertain relatives and friends who come to visit relatives and temple fairs in nearby villages. At noon that day, no matter who home is full of laughter, joy, or wine. February 15th Ancient Temple Fair is a grand festival for the people of high interest. It has a long historical origin and is imbued with indelible memories of life for generations.

In childhood memory, monks perform martial arts in temple fair every February 15th every year. I vaguely remember a tall old monk named Master Xiu. He led three or five young disciples, wearing a gray cloth monk's robe, capable and neat, with a calm and loud voice, or performing in turn, or practicing in team gymnastics . The swords, guns, sticks, doves, and moves, and the wind is booming.

In that era, there was no entertainment activity, and it was very rare to watch performances. At temple fairs, young, women and children flocked to form a big circle. The villagers who maintained order kept shouting, retreating, paying attention to safety, and not crossing the boundaries of the rope. The shout was immediately drowned out by the onlookers and cheers.

The monk's heroic posture and kung fu are so envious that for a long time after the temple fair, the friends jumped up and down, waving their fists and raising their hands, and making a fist to practice kung fu.

The temple is a place for teaching skills, to educate the people to accumulate virtue and do good deeds, and worship Buddha. The monks in Hongfu Temple have always had the tradition of practicing martial arts and strengthening their bodies, and they teach disciples a lot of skills. According to historical records, the "Zong Family Acrobatics" that is now flourishing in Puyang originated from Hongfu Temple.

A period of time after liberation, Koli Temple was partially transformed into a school. Children of appropriate age in nearby villages gathered here to study, so the school was named "Gaoli Temple Primary School". In the classroom where the monk's house was renovated, there were several rows of stone desks, and the school children who were shaking their heads and holding books. The sound of books floated in the antique and vicissitudes of Buddhism. The Buddhist culture from the west traveled through a long historical time and space, and in such a place, it had a unique charm. Once, the morning bells and evening drums, the Buddha's chant was born, and the sound of the book was derived from the school children's loud sounds, laughter and fighting, and full of vitality. Later, a new school building was built on the south side of the temple, and then it was moved out, which is the current Gaoli Temple Central Primary School.

After the school was moved away, in 2000, the temple was renovated and renovated, and the three halls, temple gates, a group of gods, Bodhisattvas, etc. reshaped the golden body. The temple also became the center of cultural activities for the elderly.Under the shade of trees in summer, groups of elders are either tasting tea and talking about the world, or setting up chess games to gallop, or wiping ink and dancing in the dragon and phoenix, living in homeland, talking about the long river of history, and protecting cultural relics, and being free and easy.

The young man left home and returned home, but his hometown accent has not changed. Children don’t know each other, and they ask the guests where they come from when they meet. After leaving his hometown for nearly thirty years, he has a deeper understanding of the poet He Zhizhang 's "Occasional Books Back Home". No matter whether you are in your hometown or not, your blood flowing, your accent, your dreams and lingering spiritual home, there is a place that will be in place, safely storing every grass, tree, brick, tile, house, courtyard, street and alley of your hometown. The imprint of your hometown becomes clearer and more profound in the baptism of the wind and rain of the years. That is where the heart is connected and where the roots are, and it has nothing to do with honor, disgrace, poverty and humiliation.

More than ten years ago, I went to the provincial newspaper to contact a job, and the leader arranged for two people to discuss in detail. I took a brief introduction to the tea when I sat down, poured tea, and the tea fragrance was filled with misty. Before he finished speaking, one of them asked me where I was from my hometown. I said to Anyang. He asked which county, township and village were asked, and I answered one by one in surprise. He stood up with a smile and said a genuine hometown dialect, "We are the real fellow villagers in the neighboring village." The local accent felt very cordial and warm.

Traveling around the country and traversing the mountains and rivers of the plateau, the local accent and local feelings are our unique and warm imprint of life and geographical indication. The land and water nourish the people. Every village, township and every inch of fertile soil in China are indispensable and beautiful existences, and the concerns and longings of countless wanderers throughout their lives. (Xu Xinfa)
