Wanghailou and Haiyin Temple

Hongyi was born in a family of officials and wealthy officials with a golden key. His life is splendid and prosperous. Later, because of the Buddha's fate, the Japanese wife knelt and waited for three days and three nights at the entrance of the temple with her child. He still couldn't keep his determination to become a monk. She replied that "love is compassion", and she would not go boating if she stood at the bow of the ship. He was infected by the strong religious atmosphere of Quanzhou, and spent the last fourteen years of his life in Quanzhou Kaiyuan Temple, Chengtian Temple, Jingfeng Temple, Fulin Temple, Cao'an Temple Xuefeng Temple, Bronze Buddha Temple and other propaganda lectures and books. Hongyi practiced his unique calligraphy, and Zhao Puchu, the former chairman of the Buddhist Association, praised it as simple, mellow, and integrated. Haiyin Temple is backed by mountains and facing the sea, The sanctuary is built according to the steps of the mountains.

The retaining wall of the foundation of the temple has a spouting Jiulongtou, and in front of it is a release pond. Ascending the steps, a temple gate was closed tightly. On both sides is a square two-story building. The temple's flying eaves and ridges, carved beams and painted buildings, porcelain scissors and double dragons and beads are vivid. On the wall, gray-white oyster shells are stacked in an orderly manner, with exquisite patterns, like fish scales, which are unique. After unloading the cargo, they are equipped with huge sea oyster shell ballasts in East Africa and the Middle East in order to balance the ships. Turning waste into treasure, it has become a light and hard building material, with the reputation of thousand-year bricks and ten thousand years of oysters.
