It has always been a festival to respect, respect, love and help the elderly. On special days, promoting the culture of filial piety and advocating respect for the elderly has special significance.
From the historical allusion of " Yu Shun filial piety touches the sky" to the "truth, goodness and beauty" in the new era, filial piety culture has always been the "spiritual gene" of Chinese people at home and abroad. Especially in Shangyu, Shaoxing, the "hometown of Chinese filial piety culture", it is now one of the most densely distributed, widest and most prominent areas in the country.

In order to dig deep into the new connotation of filial piety culture, in July this year, many of the highest Chinese photography awards - Chinese Photographic Award winners, and more than ten young people from across the Taiwan Strait and Hong Kong and Macao went to Shangyu , visited China Xiaode Garden , China Xiaode Culture Center, Shangyu Township Xian Pavilion, Cao'e Temple , as well as the city balcony, Baima Lake , "Daughter Red" winery and other places, "picking" the regional characteristics of Shangyu with the lens, and "touching" the filial piety culture at zero distance.
Under its creation and shooting, the cultural stories, humanities and natural landscapes of filial piety are vividly displayed on the "picture". "Silent Language" - Photography provides a new carrier for promoting the culture of filial piety.
On the scene, the Oxford Chinese Students and Scholars Association invited foreign friends to visit the exhibition. Luo Zhiyao and Ning Sirui from the Education and Sports Department of the Student Union were used as tour guides to explain the Chinese filial piety culture to foreign friends.

In this artistic feast that brings together culture and light and shadow, many works of "photographic celebrities" are gathered. For example, the author of the large-scale photography special "Hope Project" and winner of the Chinese Academy of Photography Awards Jie Hailong paid attention to the iconic building of China Xiaode Park "Elephant Farming and Bird Wearing". In this photography work, the blue sky and green contrast, and the building looks simple and heavy; Liu Zhankun, director of the Chinese Academy of Photography Awards, photographed a mother taking her daughter to visit the mural at the Shangyu Township Fairy Hall. In addition to pointing the lens at the static filial piety architecture, it can be seen from the above-mentioned photography works that filial piety culture has been passed down by "living".
A photo work by Zhang Zhaozeng , chairman of the China Coal Mine Photographers Association and winner of the China Photographic Award, focuses on members of the local dance troupe, and is rehearsing the "filial piety" theme dance; one of the photography works by Guo Jianshe, secretary-general of the Chinese Civilized Photographers Alliance and winner of the China Photographic Award, is a group of primary school students performing a scene poem to recite "Recallings of Filial piety".

66 photography works, there are also many excellent works by young students from both sides of the Taiwan Strait and Hong Kong and Macao. For example, Hong Kong youth Qiu Pingzhang took pictures of the sages of Chunhui Middle School , Macau youth Zhang Zijian took pictures of the "Cao E statue and aerial photography aircraft" across the ancient and modern times, and Taiwanese youth Wu Suiwen took pictures of the Cao E Temple in Shangyu under the blue sky and white clouds.
The exhibition was exhibited in overseas universities twice in a row, which not only helps deepen the common thinking of filial piety among Chinese students, overseas Chinese, and young Chinese, but also further promotes international exchanges of filial piety culture through photography, a "borderless language" and expands the "radiation circle" of China's excellent traditional culture.
