Tiefo Temple Village has a long history and rich tourism resources. It is named after the "Iron Buddha Temple" was built in history. The south is close to Jiuli Mountain, which stretches 9 miles long. The Zhufeng Sigou Village is 639 meters above sea level. There are famous Hanxin Village (Chu Great Wall), Han Mu's Tomb and Sigou Village on the mountain.
The Shitou Village in Shiwokeng Group was formed in the middle of the Qing Dynasty. It was named because there were quarry pits in the village, which were rich in stone mills, stone mills, stone rolls, stone rolls, and other stone tools. Currently, there are 42 stone houses and more than 100 houses preserved in the village for hundreds of years. Most of the houses are stone-wood structures, all made of dry stones made of villagers on the spot. The buildings are staggered and orderly, with distinct ethnic traditions and local colors. The village is full of ancient trees, green bamboos are shaded, mountain springs are formed into rivers, stone bridges are flying rainbows, and thousand-year-old wisteria trees, soap beads and Chinese locust trees are wrapped into a landscape; the river channel is made of huge rocks at the bottom of the river, and there are ancient wells with annual water temperatures of more than ten degrees, forming the wonder of "well water does not interfere with the river water"; the surrounding thousand acres of silkworm slopes are witnesses of the local "hometown of tussal silkworms".
In 2016, after CCTV's "Home in the Distant" program was broadcasted here, tourists from all over the country flocked to Shitou Village; in 2017, CCTV's "Country" program went to Shitou Village to shoot, making the farm food in Shitou Village a delicacy that tourists scramble to taste.
In recent years, with the strong support of superior policies, Shitou Village has insisted on taking "highlighting characteristic culture and driving tourism development" as the guide, deeply integrating characteristic culture with scenic spots, vigorously cultivating leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration bases, and comprehensively stimulating the endogenous driving force of rural revitalization.

During the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, ancestors moved from Hongdong, Shanxi to Nanzhaoshan District. In the late Qing Dynasty, wars continued and moved to the place where the Shiwokeng Group is now located in order to avoid the war. At first, the family of Zhu surnamed moved to the village. Later, the family of Wang surname fled here and settled down on the other side of the river to face each other across the river, living in harmony with each other.
In May 2016, CCTV's "Home in the Distant" column was filmed here - "Exploring the Great Wall of Chu and Looking for the Secluded Stone Village" was broadcast, attracting tourists from all over the country to come to travel and collect folk songs.
Since 2016, the rural tourism of Tiefo Temple has developed rapidly, and has been identified as a "traditional village in Henan Province" and has been named "National Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation Key Village" by National Tourism Administration .
In February 2018, Shiwokeng Group was shortlisted for the fifth batch of "Henan Province Traditional Villages".
In 2018, the Yunyang Town People's Government organized the compilation of the "Plan for the Protection and Development of Traditional Villages in Tiefosi Village (Shiwokeng) in Yunyang Town, Nanzhao County", and passed the review of the expert review committee organized by the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on October 16, 2018.
In June 2019, the Shiwokeng Group announced it as the fifth batch of "Chinese Traditional Villages".
The existing buildings are good, and investment is to create a powerful
Stone Village (Natural Village) is located in the Shihuokeng Group of Tiefosi Village. There are 42 stone houses that have been preserved for hundreds of years in the natural village, and more than 100 existing houses. In the early years, the people in the village built houses, used local materials, dug out a piece of stone from the mountain, and piled them up layer by layer, without using any mud or cement, and the exterior walls were very neat.
The traditional residential building structure of Shitou Village is a raised beam-type brick and stone load-bearing system, and stone walls, beams, purlins, and rafters are the main load-bearing components. The roof is a hard mountain top with double-slope lifting beams. It is mostly made of three beams and wood. That is, three beams are supported on the stone wall. The three beams are supported on the ridge melon columns, and the ridge melon columns are supported on the ridge purlins. The wooden components supporting the roof load are in the form of a combination of mortise and tenon, which can not only be uniformly produced and assembled, but also facilitate disassembly, repair and reuse. When repairing wooden components, small pieces of wood are used to combine, bucket joints and inlays to make them play the role of large materials to avoid structural damage and extend the service life of the building.
These stone houses are solid and sturdy, with the earliest ones having a history of hundreds of years. Currently, most of the stone houses live in others. Every household in the village is planted with bowl-sized magnolia , privet , osmanthus, magnolia, and hibiscus. Ancient trees such as apricot trees, tea trees, persimmon trees, magnolia , yellow neem, wisteria , and wisteria are everywhere. There are thousands of wisteria trees and tea trees and pine trees that have been more than 500 years old. The famous ancient trees are also dazzling scenery in the village. The entire village is like a bluestone castle, hidden among lush forests, bamboos, ancient vines and old trees. The fresh air, precious flowers and trees, and the beautiful environment attract tourists from all directions.

(I) Dragon Catch Temple
Legend When no one lived in Shitou Village, there was a small temple on the back ridge in the west of the village. There was a towering ancient cypress growing in front of the temple, and a snake spirit entrenched here, alarming the sky and sending the Dragon King to capture it. A thunder sounded, slashing the ancient cypress in half. Later generations named this place Longzha Temple.
(II) Crab Ridge
Crab Ridge is not actually called Crab Ridge, but its original name is Pangjia Ridge. As early as the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty, a couple fleeing (it is said to be officials in the court) passed by this place and saw that the mountains and rivers were beautiful, dense forests were isolated from the world. So they built two stone houses on the half slope of the mountain and lived in seclusion here. Later, the case improved and Kaifeng was allowed to be an official. His descendants now live in Kaifeng. Therefore, the official's surname is Pang, so people named this place Pangjialing. Time has changed, and time has passed, and later generations have called for change and turned into Crab Ridge.
(III) Gold Mine
is located in the area of Xilongzhamiao in the village. It is about two kilometers long. It is said to be a gold mine (some say copper mine). There are currently four mining pit sites for ancient people. There is no record of when and who mined it.
(IV) There is a quarry pit 600 meters south of the village of Shihuo Pit
. It is said that the stone mills, stone crocks and other stoneware products used in the past are all from here, and there are still remains of quarry at that time.
(V) Guojiafen
300 meters north of the village, there is an ancient tomb. I heard from the elderly that in October of the lunar calendar every year before liberation, someone rode a horse to the grave at night, but no one came after liberation, which shows that the descendants of the Guo family were also a family of officials before.

Up to now, the beautification, greening and lighting projects in the village have invested a total of more than 30 million yuan, a micro-terrain landscape has been built, river channels have been cleared, river protection embankments, river dams, stone cofferdams have been built, antique bridges and poles have been installed, stone roads have been paved, and landscape trees have been planted; a small square centered on the thousand-year-old wisteria trees have been built, cultural walls have been drawn, "Stone Village Fu" has been carved, agricultural tools exhibition halls, wood-rooms, public toilets, stone arch bridges have been built, antique landscape street lights have been installed, tap water pipe networks and sewage pipes have been laid, and the village has been completely renovated.
The second is to improve tourism infrastructure and promote continuous development. More than 10 million yuan was invested to build a tourist road with Shitou Village as the core and connecting the surrounding Shitou Village. Zhuping Village - the main road entering the village is 2 kilometers long and 7 meters wide. Tourist signs are set up on both sides of the road, and red magnolia and red-leaf heather trees are planted every 4 meters; 1 new flat stone bridge, 81 water bridge, and 1 glass bridge are built. Create a tourism ring road, harden the road with a total length of 6.5 kilometers and a width of 9 meters in Shitou Village - Hanxinzhai - Dangzhongzhuang, Xiaodian Shitou Village - Tiefo Temple Shitou Village, is fully opened to traffic; Hanxinzhai B&B and entertainment project comprehensive development projects have been completed, and the construction of entertainment projects such as office buildings, parking lots, colorful slides, cliff swings, and water walks have been completed and opened.

With an investment of more than 2 million yuan, 10 star-rated farmhouses can be built along the Magnolia Garden-Shitou Village in accordance with the "seven unifications" standards of the county tourism bureau; with unified guidance, we will support farmers in Shitou Village to build 8 new stone wall tile houses. During the Magnolia Festival over the years, tourists were crowded with tourists entering the village, receiving more than 100,000 tourists and more than 10,000 tourists for meals at farmhouses, bringing more than 300,000 yuan in economic benefits to the people. Fourth, we focus on tourism to help poverty alleviation and help the people get rich. With an investment of more than 600,000 yuan, two new parking lots covering an area of 20 acres were built. Next, the poverty-stricken households and monitoring households in the village can share part of the benefits of parking fees; it has been planned to build small wooden houses and shops at the entrance of Shitou Village, and an antique teahouse and snack street along the river in the village. The poverty-stricken households and monitoring households in the village can participate in the operation of shops or rent dividends to increase income and become rich; Shitou Village gives priority to the use of poverty-stricken households and monitoring households to engage in sanitation and cleaning of scenic spots, and achieve employment at home.

Today's Tiefo Temple takes Shitou Village as its business card and is famous in cities and counties. Taking this as an opportunity, it has used the tourism industry to drive the economic development of the village and even the entire town. In the next step, combining the current industrial development status of Tiefo Temple Village and existing agricultural and forestry resources, humanistic and historical resources, and natural landscape resources, Shitou Village will embark on a characteristic industrial development path that conforms to local reality, focusing on the development of ecological agriculture and leisure tourism industries.
(I) Ecological agriculture
focuses on increasing agricultural production and increasing farmers' income, build an ecological, efficient and safe modern agricultural system, change the traditional agricultural production methods, and gradually optimize the industrial structure of agriculture, develop organic agriculture with high yields, high quality, safety and ecology as the goal, and gradually make agriculture efficient and distinctive.
