The event is guided by the Propaganda Department of the Qianshan County Party Committee, hosted by the Qianshan County Federation of Trade Unions, Qianshan County Industrial Park, and Qianshan County Agricultural Park, and co-organized by the Qianshan County Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Qianshan County Integrated Media Center.

They went deep into the production line of industrial and agricultural parks in Qianshan, walked to the countryside, streets, communities, schools, and the county administrative service center . They use the camera and mobile phone in their hands to record the hard work and sweet happiness of workers; use light and shadow to show the achievements and achievements made by all walks of life; use enthusiasm and care to depict the warm picture of Qianshan cadres and the masses "care for all kinds of care and respect for entrepreneurs"; use confidence and heroic focus on Qianshan cadres and the masses, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and on the occasion of welcoming the "Twenty National Congress", the determination and confidence to contribute to the new era.
It is reported that this time, a total of 7 50html authors were submitted, and more than 7 works were submitted by 500html; among which 14 authors from the mobile phone group contributed more than 100, and 36 authors from the professional group contributed more than 400. After review by members of the Provincial Photographers Association, 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes were finally selected for the mobile phone group; 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 40 excellent prizes were selected for the professional group.
