On October 26, the 2022 Chengdu "Go to the Grassroots" Cultural Benefit Activities and the First Community Art Festival Photography Exhibition kicked off in Shiren South Road Community .
This photography exhibition with the theme of this show is "The New Era in My Eyes - Beauty in the Community". It organized 20 professional photography works from the Chengdu Photographers Association and the Chengdu Jinniu District Photography Association, as well as 30 photography works from photography enthusiasts in Xinqiao Community, Shiren South Road Community, and Xiajiancao Community for exhibition.
This exhibition site - Shiren South Road Community, has the only comprehensive camera museum in Chengdu and has a very good photography mass base. The community has conducted photography knowledge training for thousands of residents and has accumulated hundreds of photography enthusiasts. The works on display are widely collected, mainly documentary photography works that record the better life of the community, full of life's fireworks and happiness. More than 30 community works were selected from the best, and exhibited on the same spot as the works of famous photographic artists, expressing the artistic life of the community through the exhibition. At the exhibition event, Sun Jiandong, as the director of the Camera Museum and president of the Chengdu Photographers Association, shared on-site with the theme of "community", showing the achievements of the development and governance changes of Chengdu community, and telling the warm story related to the community behind each work. As a famous photographer, Sun Jiandong has been practicing the concept of "sending culture to the grassroots" in practice and has carried out more than 100 photography theme classes for residents' public welfare.
It is understood that the "New Era in My Eyes - Beauty in the Community" photography exhibition will be held from October 26th to 30th. Then, the "Strong Country and Rejuvenation with Me, Celebrating the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" 2022 Chengdu "Go to the Grassroots" Cultural Benefit Activities and the First Community Art Festival Photography Exhibition will also be held in Xinqiao Community from November 2 to 6; From November 10 to 14, the "High-Era in My Eyes-City Changes" photography exhibition "High-Era in My Eyes-City Changes" photography exhibition will be held in Xiajiancao Community from November 2 to 6.
