Tai'an is located in the middle of Shandong, at the foot of Mount Tai. Tai'an is named after Mount Tai, which comes from the ancient saying "If Mount Tai is safe, all the world will be safe". Tai'an City is built on Mount Tai. The mountain and city are integrated into one, and the city scenery blends together. Tai'an has a long history and splendid culture. Mount Tai in the territory has become the sacred mountain where emperors of all dynasties worshiped the gods. As the emperor enthroned Zen, Mount Tai was deified. Buddhism and Taoism, as well as literati and celebrities, came in droves, leaving many places of interest in Mount Tai and Tai'an. Today, Tai'an is a world-famous tourist city.

The picture shows the west side of the Great Wall Road in Tai'an in the 1990s. The green mountains stretching in the distance are Mount Tai. I saw that there were not many tall buildings in Taicheng at that time, and the area near the Great Wall Road was even somewhat empty and desolate.
html The middle section of Dongyue Street in the 190s. Dongyue Street is the main urban thoroughfare of Tai'an. It runs through the middle of Taicheng. In the 1990s, there were many bungalows on both sides of Dongyue Street, and the road was not very wide. Today's Dongyue Street is no longer what it used to be, and has undergone tremendous changes.

Standing on a high place and looking at the square in front of the station, you could have a panoramic view of the entire square.
